اینو بدونید هر چیزی که میخورید یه #خلط یا مزاجی در بدن ایجاد میکنه که میتونه سرد یا گرم باشه.
حالا اگر مُدام فست فود 🍕و ماکارونی 🍝و ترشی و شکلات 🍩🍫🍬و ماست و لبنیات ها🍶🥛 رو بدونِ هیچ #مصلح (بعداً توضیح میدم چیه) بخورید، این سردی در بدن به قدری زیاد میشه که ایجاد عارضه یا بیماری میکنه❗️❕

•عدم استحمام مکرر در دوره پریودتون
•استفاده از دوسین به صورت دوره ای تحت نظر متخصص طب سنتی
اینها مواردیه که ساده س و فکر میکنم هوشیاری بهش میتونه خیلی بهمون کمک بکنه.

Finally seeing some sun glow coming in 😆 Yayyyyy! After the pool now on to my next adventure of this Sunday 💃🏼 .
Why do you see me wear this button or A button no matter where I am? Well because I have a business that is in 94 countries and people NEED this nutrition everywhere I go! How often do you find yourself thinking about what you are saying , how you are going to say it, or if you should even say it --before you say it ? How often do you think about what the other person’s reaction would be to what you have to say and let that influence what you are going to say?
I think we have all had occasions where this inner struggle occurs. We don’t want to say something that will upset someone. We don’t want to come across as too assertive, arrogant, cocky or aggressive. We don’t want to come across as too weak , unconfident, or uneducated. We want to be liked and not rock the boat; neutral ground. In Tara Mohr ‘s Playing Big she states ‘ there are a # of little things people tend to do in their speech and writing that aren’t little ; these ‘little things’ are attempts to walk the fine line of saying something without coming on too strongly but in fact convey tentativeness, self doubt, and even self depreciation’. She lists 4 types of common undermining speech habits we use: 1. Hedges- “Just, Actually, Kind of, almost” . 2. Apologies- “Sorry but, just a minute, a little bit”. 3. Qualifying phrases/disclaimers - “I’m just thinking , I’m not expert but, I could be wrong but, does that make sense, I’m just thinking off the top of my head” 4. Undermining structures- Using uptalk (raising your pitch at end of statement) ,rushing and piling on of words, substituting a question for a statement .
Think about when you speak or write to others. Do you use any of these habits? Pay attention if you are using any of these habits in your next conversation. You may be surprised at how many of these you use. Think about why are you using them? (Is it because you’re nervous? trying to avoid conflict? trying to people please? Adhere to stereotype? Not come across too strong/weak?). Raising awareness is the first step to making changes in how you communicate. By dropping these undermining speech habits you can increase your self-worth in addition to the effectiveness of your communication and leadership skills. ⬇️⬇️continued below⬇️⬇️
