I’ve been trying to cut calories (not carbs!). I love pizza all day every day which is a problem when cutting calories. So I thought I’d try to make a cauliflower crust.
As you can see it went from nice and neat to a sloppy mess quickly (I skipped the pics of the cauliflower on the floor) but after it sat and cooked a bit it did actually look like pizza. More important than how it looked, it tasted awesome and was almost as satisfying as “real” pizza.
