It’s great to have my big bro out here in STL. As kids we didn’t bond very much, as he’s 10yrs older than I am, we didn’t really hang out much.
But now as adults and both gym heads, I’m finding we actually have a lot more in common than I thought. ♥️

The last time I tried this on I was so devastated because it no longer looked on me the way it did when I purchased it. I let myself go and I gained 45 lbs back by April of last year, from the 80 lbs I had lost. Today I lost that weight and then some. She’s not going down without a fight im tired of this weight holding me back I was made for greatness. Off to run on a Saturday. No off days! I was made for this!!!!
Decided to try the abs every day challange. Mines a little different. Going for the low volume, low intensity, high frequency approach. The first day is 4 sets of 15 crunches and the second day is 3 sets of 10 leg raises. I will progressively add more reps each day. I feel as if I already have abs to where they will show once I drop some more body fat % but I want them to be bigger.and also my left abs are stronger than my right. Gonna have to try to fix that as well. And also, look at them quads 😆

You might not have tried everything then... Maybe you've just tried all the shit that promised you results if you bought it, and now you're discouraged and hopeless.
Here's my mentality: whether you want to be a bodybuilder or you just want to lose fat, HUMANS BURN FAT THE SAME WAY.
Competitors are the absolute masters at fat burning, so why aren't we taking those general principles they live by and applying them to our own lives? Sure, they take things to the extreme, but they're still HUMAN and ALL HUMANS burn fat through the same basic mechanisms.
You don't have to like the way I look or want to look as muscular as me, BUT I know how to burn fat with real food. No shakes or fad diets. Just consistency.
Stop looking at mediocre chicks trying to sell you magic coffee and supplements.
Look at the human fat burners who make it look easy and methodical.

My top lifts from yesterdays Novice comp.
Didn't quite get the results I was hoping for on the bench & missed my last 2 lifts. 50kg flew up in the gym...I guess I can do it as many times as I like in the gym and work on changing up my technique, but you only have limited opportunities on the platform so if the stars don't align ya know 🤷♀️ Squat I hit 82.5kg on my last lift, grinded it up on my own, but it wasn't comp worthy as my left food shuffled and lifted off the floor during the lift. 3 red lights. Still a new PB for me ☝️ (I shared this vid too for educational purposes. The good bad and the ugly 😊) Deadlift.
