I haven’t had a tiger dream in a long time, but I did this morning and it was intense. I’ve had recurring animal dreams throughout my life. It will usually be the same type of animal in many different species for a period of time and then changes as I grow and change in my waking life. For many years in my youth it was bears—polar bears, black bears, grizzlies...then it was bulls—including buffalo...and then big cats—lynx, puma, jaguar, tiger, lion, panther, cheetah, etc... often when it’s a tiger there is water involved. I have been writing down my dreams since I was 16 and it is a core element of my practice—in magic, art, and psycho-spiritual / inner alchemy work. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. It can be hard to remember if you’re not in the habit, but you can train yourself. The first thing is the set your intention before going to bed that you want to remember. Writing down anything you remember first thing in the am (or using a voice recorder)—even if it’s only a subtle feeling or a single image—will help you to begin remembering more each night. There are lots of techniques and many books on the subject, and it’s the first step to getting into lucid dreaming, which can help awaken you in the waking dream that we are all sharing.....”The Golden Pill,” oil on canvas 2015 (30x40) original available see link in bio. .
Not the best picture, but represents one of the most thrilling moments of this trip. These two beauties are among just 60 or so tigers within the 1334sqkm of @ranthambhorepark and we were so lucky to spot them 🐅🐅 #rajasthan#india#tigers#luckyday
