We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence... We need silence to be able to touch souls
-Mother Teresa

Are Throwback Thursdays for the birds? Not when you start scrolling through a list of Florida pics. In the doldrums of February, this flashback gives me a nice dose of sunshine.
These pictures were taken on my first solo trip. Leaving my kids in the hands of my capable hubs, I set off to take pictures and soak up sun. While it was awesome, I still prefer to travel with my family.
📸 Intricate Wonder

🏵️ Notice the details, the beautiful symmetry of it. Amazed whilst still appreciating the way it is. Grateful, for there exists such a wonder. 🌼

😊 Wishing you to an awesome weekend ahead! Cheers! 🙌

Day 49 of 365. Didn't really feel like doing much today but I still went out and did something. I'm just trusting that what's next for me is something best for me
Get all those cluttered thoughts and write them down. Doesn’t matter how sloppy or if it does not make sense at the moment… write. it. down. I was reminded today (2/15/19) that in order to over come a situation you must first be completely honest with yourself, acknowledge the problem and sit with it. Write every word that comes to mind, every feeling, every tear of hurt, every burst of excitement. No matter what season you’re in, document it. Rise above it and celebrate.
