Stressing about deadlines over here but these rooftops take the edge off.
Happy Saturday, everyone! 🖤

Climbing towards the clouds one step at a time. No matter what the trail looks like (whether it’s rough and rugged or manicured and perfected), it’s always nice to get outside and breathe in as much fresh air as you can. @eddiebauer#EBContributor#LiveYourAdventure
The week is almost over... would you spend your weekend here?

Borneo island in the extreme southwestern part of the Pacific Ocean. It’s the largest island in the world, surpassed in size by only Greenland and New Guinea. Borneo lies astride the equator. It has length of 830 miles from northeast to southwest and a maximum breadth of 600 miles. The island is largely mountainous, although there are extensive lowlands. A large part of borneo is drained by navigable rivers, which represent the principal and often the only lifelines of trade and commerce. Indonesia has one of the world’s largest areas of remaining forest but also one of the highest deforestation rates, ranking only behind Brazil. The vast green rainforest carpet has become a patchwork with more than half of borneo’s tree cover and peat swamps.

↟↟↟Surrendering, letting go, allowing... I’ll be honest none of these words have been given enough credit or use in my vocabulary
I love working, and I especially love working hard at what I love. But balancing work and rest, or avoiding burn out has never been one of my strengths
My friend @jonathanzoeteman wrote an amazing post about this the other day and it got me thinking. I share a lot about meditation, my spirituality etc, not only because they’ve brought me peace, but because they are also the things I’ve struggled with the most.
This past month or so has been a bit of an energetic roller coaster for me with some amazing highs and also some not so amazing lows.
I guess I’m just sharing this tonight because I feel like it’s important we feel comfortable sharing the highlights and the lowlights of our lives. Instagram especially has a way of making a montage of all the good, but life just isn’t that way and that’s okay.
Looking up at the sky the other night I realized the all too simple thought that we would never see the stars if the sun was always shining... #wildbynature#365daysofREAL
A royal purple sunset from the rainy season in Montana. Winter needs to hurt up and end so I can get out and photograph again.
One more from yesterday ❄️💐
I’ve spent the last 45mins making a huge excel list of nature spots I want to see. This year I’m more focused on photography since I over exhausted myself with academics and didn’t give myself the creative outlet I love and need.
It’s winter for us here in BC but we are still camping and hiking. If you have any camping gear that you would like to share with others and make some extra cash, be sure to visit sharemygear.ca to learn more. We guarantee your gear up to a $1000 for any loss or damage so you can share care free.
Just wanna little room up top, with a little cozy bed and a little cozy fireplace, listening to cozy music with a cozy cup of coffee, watching the snow fall outside, taking pictures through the windows.
