Ya no es un reto sino una forma de vida, me encanta entrenar, las agujetas, y todo eso... Si, si, piensen lo que quieran me encanta y ahora voy por más!! Con la ayuda de mis factores de transferencia y mís complementos, seguiré, a tope, Disciplinada y constante ahora que ya he cogido el hábito, voy a por una meta que tengo en mente hace tiempo... Estoy en ello...
Hoy salí a correr 40 min ya lo echaba de menos, me encanta salir en la mañana a correr, es.. Bien, muy bien. A la vuelta hice las zancadas avanzando hacia mi casa 3 series de lo que aguantara.. Que eran unas 16, 17.. Eso sí las últimas cuándo llego a 12 me temblaban las piernas. Esto combinado tipo biserie con sentadillas con salto avanzando de esas, de 13 o 14 no pasaba..😅 Y luego en casa, esos videos que pongo ahí.. A la carrera... Quita mucho tiempo hacerlos. Mañana mas y mejor.

It's Monday so the perfect time to share a customer photo to start the week 🐶📷 Maddie had a total hip replacement so needed to change her bed. She had to crate rest and had a foam mattress but she constantly changed position during the night. After discussing our grade of memory foam they chose a large grey bed and haven't looked back!
