This is the reality of #ChronicFatigueSyndrome going to bed at 4 pm, Putting your pyjamas on, plus a cardigan and two blankets. For entertainment purposes, we; have a stack of #books and we have the #telly and I have my #iPad from which I can do more #bookomotion until my mum, @loopy_lib76 gets home and threatens to confiscate my iPad because I’m wearing myself out… She’s right. PS whisper bars are now considered #medicine and so is tea if only served in a #unicorn cup. Having chronic fatigue syndrome isn’t a luxury and neither is it an easy life so before you go wishing you had it; fucking don’t go there. Just because the illness isn’t invisible doesn’t mean it’s not real #invisibleillnessesarereal#ME#arthritis. Thank goodness I have my mum and dad, @rich.Robb (i’m secretly a daddies girl but shhh don’t tell him that, he will think I’ve gone soft) to help me get through the bad days like today and do my Internet friends especially to my girls on Twitter📚💕🥰👩🏼💻☕️🦄😴🤬 sending lots of love and hugs to To people fighting every day battle trying to win the war

One of the great things about Netflix is that you get quality TV shows from other nations that you would never see any other way.
El Ministerio del Tiempo is a Spanish time travel show.
Their mode of time travel are a series of doors that take them only to times and events within Spain itself. The main characters are all from different periods of time, born hundreds of years apart but work together against anyone trying to change history.
It's how the characters deal with the ability to time travel that make it so interesting. Julian's wife died 2 years ago so now he goes back to visit her when he knows the him of that past is out at work. It's the question we always ask ourselves. Where would we go if we could time travel?
Imagine phoning yourself in 10 years to check on your own health!
And a great way to learn a second language.
