Where would our next road trip lead us to?
Before I changed my diet to a plant based one 🌱, I’ve never actually felt 100% comfortable in my body. I wasn’t skinny fat, but my stomach never really made me smile and my fat percentage has always been quite high, never actually able to see my muscles without flexing.
Since going plant based, with a lot of self education and a ton of nutritional facts from @plant_proof (Thank you Simon!) I’ve seen results which I have never experienced before. I was at 94 kg, now i’m at 77 kg. Let me be more specific.
By eating less and less processed foods, i’ve been able to gradually lose body fat. I see veins and muscles which I never knew were there, and not by flexing, but by just looking at myself in-front of the mirror. Yes, i’ve been training 2-3 times a week before I went plant based.
I feel, as if I have way more energy. I feel lighter, One meal keeps me full for a very long time but it doesn’t make me feel heavy. I wake up in the morning energized (I try catch 7 hours of sleep)
I listen to my body, if it’s still full, then I drink my coffee and lemon water and feel absolutely fine till lunch. I fast 90% of the time, which means I eat dinner around 7-8 pm and don’t eat anything until lunch the next day. Trust me, I feel as if I have even more energy, I could lip snyc and dance the whole morning 😂🙏🏼 Just wanted to talk about the process i’m going through, since changing my diet almost 2 years ago. I’m grateful to be comfortable in my own skin now but at the same time still striving to improve myself, i’m still very self-critical and there are some parts of my body which I want to better, but i’m not obsessed about it and feel that i’m on the right path when it comes to my progress, please thank you.
How to style my hair? I prefer to work with a powder wax and fiber paste by @labiosthetiqueparis (⬆️ link in bio). And you know why?
Because it gives my hair a long lasting and matt look and can be restyled anytime.
