🥶I’ve taken quite the hiatus due to a knee injury (ACL and meniscus tears) been trying to find ways to work around it! And finally I’ve found that grove!! - never back down find ways to get back into it 🤙🏼

For those who think i don't train legs.
Usually in Hyd people neglect leg training so let me tell you guys your legs are also part of your body lol so when you do bodybuilding it means complete body not just upper body!
Also leg training boosts up your natural testosterone which inturn helps the muscle growth. So dont skip them leg days!
