Give this Shoulders and Triceps Workout a Try 👇
💥Everyone wants big arms well to do that you need big boulder shoulders, and triceps. Fun fact triceps are 67% of your arm so I’d focus on your triceps if you want to get back. to grow the shoulders we need to use heavy shoulder press movements I like doing either standing or seated barbell shoulder press so I can get the most bang for my buck
💥 I follow shoulder press up with high reps of lateral raises, and rear felt flys. After I begin to attack my triceps. Close grip benching is the ultimate triceps movement. It allows you to use heavy weights and focus on really growing the triceps. Follow that up with high rep sets of pushdowns, and keep the rest at 60 seconds or less to keep up the intensity!

Here is a nice finisher for upper body or a great “circuit” for an extra workout. Targeting the upper back and shoulders is so important when it comes to staying strong and safe. Give this a whack at 2 to 4 sets of 15-20!

1️⃣Seated barbell shoulder press 4x6 RPT
2️⃣Side lateral raises 3x10
3️⃣Bent over dumbbell lateral raises 3x10
