Next year y'all are gonna be like "why do we hate him again" like everyone did with Taylor Swift
Every once is a while (since my ACL injury) I get this weird painful sensation from my lower through my hip, glute and and down the leg. This feeling can be mildly painful to severe pain with numbness, tingling, burning, and weakness. It’s #sciatica .
So why does this happen after knee injury/ surgery/ recovery? .
Long story short: WE AREN’T WALKING WITH GOOD POSTURE. Well it makes sense right? We are limping post injury, post surgery, and swelling in the knee after recovery can throw off our alignment. The dull pain I experience are physical responses to friction, stress, and strain because the body has lost ideal postural alignment and the compromised posture is creating compression, tension, and shear that damages the body's tissues. THAT’S ALL 🤷🏻♀️🦵🏼👈🏻 when it comes on I think “oh man something’s off” .
Sciatica occurs because something—bone, disc or muscle—is impinging the sciatic nerve. If we learn to walk and stand correctly, we align our bones in a more effective way, creating a much better pathway for the flow of the sciatic nerve. Good Posture Helps Reduce This Pain!
Have you experienced this sensation? Don’t freak out it’s normal! Our bodies are adjusting. More to come on exercises to alleviate the sciatica! .
I overcame myself, the sufferer; I carried my own ashes to the mountains; I invented a brighter flame for myself. And behold, then this ghost fled from me.
~ Friedrich Nietzsche
Having spent years wailing and fighting, surrendering and accepting, the matrix is already rippling with your healing. In 2010/11 when our greatest cosmic teacher moved into Pisces, we were forced into deeper water and given little choice but to begin our life's greatest education. Today we graduate from Chiron University, with our sights on dancing post grad horizons.
The anatomy of our wounding makes us want to look away. We seek to put the greatest distance between us and what happened. When Chiron moved into Pisces we were in danger of drowning in our victimhood or giving up altogether. But instead of a feeble cry or a plaintive matrydom, we realised no one else was going to haul us out of the soup and into the world.
As I am so fond of banging on about, Chiron is built on our overbloodycoming. Chiron as centaur is more than his wound or his pain. He learns how to care for it and in so doing becomes a master healer and teacher. His injured self becomes his immortal offering to the world. This myth is too our template.
So it was never about who or what knocked you flat. The learning was found in how you got back to your feet. It isn't who did what or why or when. How you took responsibility for what was going on inside you and integrated the experience will be scribed into your book of life.
You are not a victim. You are a warrior. You are not broken. Your shattered parts have taken a new shape and knit themselves more strongly together. You have fought every step of the way to get your head above water. You have learned how to wade in the shallows and how to navigate the depths. Bold and strong, you are no longer afraid of your dark.
As Chiron moves into Aries, restarting a cycle longer than our mere mortal coil, remind yourself of how you have been forged these past eight years or more. Gently trace your scars, the marks that prove your healing. They contain the mighty spirit that conquered and claimed her place in the pantheon. Sing your hymn to her.

Left the house for a date night to go salsa dancing. Trimmed a d'artagnan stache just for salsa flavor. Already had a broken toe and sprained left ankle. Tripped in a hidden gutter and now I think I have a broken foot and sprained right ankle too. #scartissue at least we look good.
Awesome treatment with @_danielacarolina to break up some adhesion in her adductor muscle.

If you squat and get hip pain in the front crease of your hip then this may be your problem.

Thank you @prologel.pain.gel , I used the gel last night on my knee! . Works great when specifically rubbed into my trigger areas (for me it’s my calf or quad) also applied around patella. I spent a good amount of time massaging specific areas which is key to using this product! Head on over to @prologel.pain.gel and check out their products! 🦵🏼💯👈🏻 let me know how it works for you!
RESEARCH: ProloGel® has no smell or burning sensation, a lot of the lotions or gels mask pain by creating a cooling, burning or stinging sensation on the skin (counterirritant). These ingredients do nothing, in most cases, to address the underlying cause of pain 🤷🏻♀️it’s aimed at treating nerves… the source of pain in many cases . Rather than just masking pain on the surface, ProloGel can eliminate irritation to nerves that may be causing pain and obstructing proper healing in injured tissue. ProloGel works by supporting normal nerve function rather than interfering with the perception of pain
The way I am using this: deliver as much gel as possible associated with target area. Use typically at least 1-2 Tablespoons on any sore spots you find on the target body part called "trigger points".
Spend at least 1-2 minutes focusing the gel into the area. Do not spread ProloGel thinly over large area (like sunblock): Rather, concentrate the gel into the target area and PZones, perform 3 applications approximately 1-2 minutes apart. Apply ProloGel multiple times (3-4) per day (as well as before and after physical activity that you think may provoke the target body part... good after a warm shower when the skin is more permeable.)
👉🏻💯Warnings: Never use ProloGel on broken skin, inside open wounds, or inside any natural body opening.
