🍝 Simple Mushroom Spelt Spaghetti 📷 by @delicious_and_healthy_by_maya 🚨🚨Recipe: For 1 person
1 cup button mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped baby tomatoes
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/3 tsp chili
Salt to taste
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Bunch of parsley - minced
If you want you can add 1 garlic clove
1 portion spelt spaghetti
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp ume su (optional)
1. Cook the spaghetti
2. On olive oil warm the spices and then add mushrooms(and minced garlic if using), season with salt
3. Sauté until slightly browned and fragrant, then add tomatoes snd shoyu. Keep sautéing for 2-3 minutes until veggies are soft.
4. Add toasted sesame oil (for the added smokiness) and parsley. Mix in spaghetti. At this point I like adding a little bit more of olive oil for the taste.

Repost from @reclaimersofhealth I traded a truck load of symptoms for a truck load of produce! 🍎
This all started in 2015 when I was at my absolute worst! “Lyme” resulting “autoimmunity” drs, meds, therapies - nothing shifted my symptoms (In fact many things I tried made my neurological symptoms much worse.)
My spirit was filled with “your body is attacking itself” and “you will be like this forever.”
It all started with faith, trust, a $28 juicer from Walmart, and a #celeryjuice!
Long before millions of people were drinking celery juice, and nay sayers were trying to de-bunk this “trend” - there was a group of struggling people reading @medicalmedium’s words, applying it to their lives, and feeling health return to their bodies.
Where is the scientific proof you ask? Check out @celeryjuicebenefits and @celeryjuiceheals!
The proof is in the healing!
If you are looking for science, of course you could see someone that will convince you that your body is working against you, and that you will always be ill, and always need to depend on medications.
Im all about the science in many cases - but in this case science isn’t helping anyone I know with “Lyme” “auto immunity” “developmental delay.” Etc
This isn’t just about eating more fruits and vegetables, it’s about using FOOD as the MEDICINE it truly is!
I’m blessed beyond belief to LIVE healing and honored to witness healing of the “incurable” in so many of my clients utilizing this sacred information. 💚
Thinking about starting your oily journey but haven’t made the jump yet?? What’s holding you back?! For myself oils where something I had an interest in for awhile and even purchased some on Amazon (🤦🏼♀️bad bad Jessica). But I had no knowledge and didn’t know what I would actually do with them once I had them. Do I just diffuse and hope for the best?? NO!
But when Amanda @beauandbumble messaged me about them she told me about the amazing community that comes along with it when signing on with her team! And boy was she right!

✨This is the weekend to contemplate, “What am I consciously bringing into the world? Where have I paused on making movement out of fear?”✨
. . .
🙌Through practicing yoga, eating nutritious plant-based meals, spending time in nature, receiving energy work, and workshops, you’ll connect with yourself and fellow goddesses in a deep, nurturing way. Get ready to gather around a bonfire, hike through the trees, swing in a hammock, and see the stars. This deep connection to pacha mama (mother earth) will offer a reset so you can return home feeling inspired to weave action, in both big ways and small, into your everyday life.🙌

To have any hope of transforming our health requires a decision to stop being a consumer and living on autopilot. We must create the space to step away from our current culture and rebuild a foundation of truth and understanding so that we can filter the massive amount of misinformation and bad advice that we receive on a daily basis. Create the space to Breathe, Listen, Ask, Look and Move to rest and remember who you you are and how you you are naturally designed to be healthy, whole and human. Return to the basics of nourishment. #letfoodbethygift#farm#regenerativeagriculture#breathe#listen#ask#look#move#vivealchemy#guthealth#plantbased#restandremember

Asparagus contains lots of fiber, folate and vitamins A, C & K.
Onions add a lot of flavor and are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Avocados are a great source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids & contain more potassium than bananas. 🥑
Incorporating one plant-based meal per day greatly reduces your carbon footprint. Plus adding in more veggies gives you a big nutritional boost! 💚
