Whichever team you choose, it’s important to respect and acknowledge the hardship of each individual. Whether team ripped or dad bod. Both have pros and cons but both are results of days in the gym and watching what you eat. Let us not look down on anyone for the body fat percentage that they choose. Also, having abs isn’t the ultimate fitness goal. And, It doesn’t measure your fitness knowledge. I personally choose to be on team dad bod cause I can’t give up pizza and doughnuts for a long period of time. The day I decide to sculpt a six pack will be the day the world suddenly decide not to produce pizza and doughnuts.
