The weeks building up to my 3rd C-section, I worried & was sad knowing I wouldn’t be able to carry my Olivia Joy who I thought was going to need comforting & all of mama’s hugs and kisses now as she transitions from being the former baby of our family to becoming an older sister. I admit, I cried the days before but I also prayed for a smooth transition for my oldest Caleb and for Olivia and I’m happy to say it has been better than what we expected! 🙌 Though I’m still not cleared to lift up anything heavier than my newborn, we’re ecstatic to see our older babies overjoyed and not jealous of their new sister. I learned that sometimes we worry a lot about things in our life that may not even happen. So just focus on the “now” and enjoy the exact moment you’re living in now with your loved ones without stressing about a made-up situation that may not even come to pass. 💛 [Thanks to my husband @JuanRaad for capturing this candid moment with our little girl a few hours after surgery]

I often get asked how I find the motivation to workout everyday and the answer is that I don’t. The truth is that you only need motivation until a habit is formed. After that, your routine will take care of itself. 💕

I did something two days ago that I’ve NEVER done before. 😆
I signed up for a GYM membership! Crazy right! 😴
Just a few weeks ago I’d mentioned in another post that I’d given up the hunt for a gym and was resolved to sticking to my home workouts. I must not have been trying very hard since this place is two minutes from my house. 🤦🏼♀️ It offers high-intensity classes, strength classes and open gym time. Pretty much everything I’ve been looking for.
Is it easier to workout at home anytime I can (vs making a scheduled class)? Absolutely.
Do I know how to train myself? Absolutely.
But at home it’s hard to challenge myself. It’s too easy to quit when I want, to use less load. I’ve been saying for months that I need more. 💪🏻
I have repaired my postpartum body, I am done having kids and I want to be keep building this body up. I want to swim faster. I want to lift more. I want to jump higher. I want to swing from the 🐒 bars with my kids.
The first step is 💯 up to YOU. But once you decide to make a change the universe will help you along. Momentum is a glorious thing.
Also, I am kinda L O V I N G the early morning workouts! It’s a little crazy when I get home (pumping, eating, moming), but I have SO much more energy. 🥳 Thanks @physiodetective for motivating me to #dosomethingdifferent months ago and @frstfitness for opening shop in my neighbourhood and creating a great place to sweat! Excited for my FIRST gym membership to be at FRST. 😂
Ahh, day 1 is HERE🤗. Over the past 6 weeks I have COMMITTED, CLIMBED and CONQUERED during a 6 week program (results to be revealed soon). Today I will embrace The 21 Day Ultimate Reset. During the next 21 days I will RECLAIM, RELEASE and RESTORE🙌

Hey friends! Guess what? It's that time again where everyone starts working on their summer bods (me included). I am doing the 30 Days to Healthy Living Challenge again! I did this plan 2 months after having Sylas and again a year later. The first round I kept track of my weight but the second go round I used how my pants fit and compared pictures from the week before. I regained my energy, slept better (as good as a nursing mom can), and my relationship with food changed. My pallet has changed for the better yo!

Ugh this is what I hate about winter lol. Why couldn’t it have just been snow and not ice afterwards! No playing in the snow here! It’s a layer of ice before you hit snow!!!! Mother Nature this is getting old!
❄️I’m a winter baby who isn’t a fan of winter but you do what you gotta do when your date nights turn into days. They look a lot more like this and less of fancy meals that cost the same as our weekly grocery bill. Ya feel me?! 🤣🤷🏻♀️

Bon. 3 mois post-partum de bébé 3.𗁦Ma 3e grossesse a apporté plusieurs choses à mon corps comme entre autres des petites lignes de vergetures dans le bas ventre (aux deux autres grossesses j’en avais eu aucune!), un petit pot fatiguant autour du nombril (les filles vous savez de quelle zone je parles!😫) une peau encore trop molle et quelques livres encore à perdre. Tag 10 ! Der erste Tag, an dem wir fast keine Bilder und Videos gemacht haben 😅. Heute wollten wir uns den berühmten Chaweng Beach anschauen. Dort angekommen, begann die Suche nach dem richtigen Plätzchen für uns 🙂 10 km später haben wir genau das Plätzchen gefunden 😬. Wir wollten einen kleinen Spaziergang am Strand machen und einen Strandabschnitt besuchen , der als Geheimtipp gilt. Also gingen wir los. Wir gingen , gingen und gingen, den kompletten Strand entlang , Straßen hoch und runter . Verirrten uns , machten halt um Kids mit Eis bei Laune zu halten usw . Jakob hat den größten Teil der Strecke die Jungs getragen und ich Leana. Wie gesagt , 10 km später waren wir am Ziel und es hat es sich gelohnt 😊. Weißer Pudersand , türkises Wasser , Palmen und Felsen, die aus dem Wasser ragen.
