Instead of it getting you down - make sure to get your mindset ready and focus on how you can get your body ready for tomorrow's workout.. maybe your nutrition was off this weekend? I’ve had a busy month training at my new job and still working at my first as well, working every day 9-5 or even 9-10 if I worked both that day, making it impossible to shoot more content but it was all to put myself in a even better position but now I’m back on a working evenings schedule so I can create during the day again so I’ll be back at it. Thanks for staying patient with my lack of content

I read this quote in a @garyvee post a while back, it stuck with me right away and it’s been my work motto pretty much ever since. I then read something along the same lines this morning from @bedroskeuilian in his book “Man Up” (highly recommend) about how he’ll hire people who might be a little less qualified than others because they have the right personality and temperament (because you can train people to acquire skills)

Yes being as knowledgeable as possible is important but if you’re boring, a huge asshole or an overall bad person usually people will not want to work with you. Especially in my industry where people are spending 30-60 minutes at a time with you for a session or class, you can’t be equivalent to talking to a brick wall.
