Hey guys, I got tons of DMs about my @pranamat, and here’s my short answer - it works!! It’s worked magic on my back, but it turns out that @Pranamat ALSO tones skin and gets rid of cellulite.
Honestly, I was pretty skeptical at first until I tried it on my butt and tummy. It works because in order to get rid of cellulite, you need to increase the blood circulation to that area.

This has been me. I have felt like giving up so much! I have been working with my amazing trainer @bafloater for 4 years now. She has been so great and has helped me along my journey.
Year 1- set up an exercise routine and was not a disciplined eater. Put on 25-30 lbs. Also was coming off diet pills. Had blood work done while on the pills and had so many things wrong. Tried to out work a bad diet
Year 2- started maintaining my weight. Didnt fully commit to either exercise or diet. Exercise didnt help me lose last year. In denial about what I ate. Monitored a little.
Year 3- lost my first 10 lbs. Ever! Monitored what I ate and exercised. Then, had summer events and fun stuff. Worked out but celebrated with food. Put back on 5 lbs. Recommitted to eating right and following rules I set forth:
1. Adding vegetables to every meal
2. Adding protein to every meal
3. No snacking
4. Only eating at the table
5. Half my bodyweight of ounces in water.
6. Mindful eating. Eat when I am hungry. Stop before I am full.
Did you see nothing was eliminated!? I had birthday cakes on occasion.
Lost a few more lbs.
Year 4- I am continuing to mindfully eat, follow my rules and journal about it. How am I feeling? Did I eat too much? Am I really hungry? Am I using food to control anything? <- getting real!
The fruit is budding. I have gone through so much mental stuff about food that I didnt even know I had. Using @myfitnesspal notes section.
