The weather warmed up a bit today so Mitch and I are off for a little walk in the park😊 I love my treadmill and all but there’s nothing like getting outside for some fresh air 💯🙌🏼 Enjoy your Saturday!!❤️

Really easy meal

🔹200g Grated Cauliflower
🔹3g olive oil
🔹50g Carott ( Canned)
🔹50 g Peas ( Canned)
🔹Crushed garlic & onion 🔹Powdered Spices ( Curry, Chili, Turmeric) 1/2 tsp of each
🔹Salt 🔹100g Shrimps sautéed with 5g olive oil, garlic and 🌶
🔹50g Homemade Whole Wheat bread -
I haven't ate the bread, I was full 😂

Pour la première fois j'ai pris en photo mon riz de chou fleur ( je n'aime pas trop le visuel 😁)
J'aime beaucoup cette recette les épices relèvent bien le goût et le plat est très consistant pour un minimum de calories 😊 Vous aimez le riz de chou-fleur ? -
#dansmonassiette 🔹200g Chou-fleur râpé 🔹3g huile d’olive
🔹50g Carotte en conserve
🔹50 g Petits pois en conserve
🔹Ail, oignon
🔹Épices ( Piment, Curry, Curcuma) 1/2 cc de chaque après c'est surtout au goût 🔹Sel 🔹100g Crevettes sautée avec  5g d'huile d'olive de l'ail et du piment oil
🔹50g Pain complet fait-maison

C'est super facile et rapide à cuisiner. Il suffit de faire revenir le chou-fleur avec l'huile d'olive et les épices. Une fois cuit on ajoute les petits pois et carottes et après 2-3 minutes c'est prêt 😊

Moi je n'ai finalement pas mangé le pain, j'étais rassasié mais je pense que je le prendrais plus tard avec du chocolat chaud 😋

  • The Chocolate Turmeric Golden Mylk from @botanicahealth is addictively good on days like today! I love the wonderful blend of chocolate and turmeric in a convenient and luxurious mix. All the ingredients are natural and whole foods based so I actually feel good about drinking it, which is why I think I crave it some days 🙊
I also discovered today, because life never goes according to plan with kids, that it's delicious cold as well!
I like it best served with gently warmed coconut mylk and frothed up in the blender 💛☕
I'm so happy its Friday!! Anyone else?

I sautéd some broccoli to go with my omelette and inside the omelette I have baby spinach and mushrooms! .
Even in smoothies it’s so easy to add raw cabbage or baby marrow, or frozen cooked cauliflower and you don’t even taste it! Get as much vegetables in your meals everyday and your body will thank you for it! 🥦🥑🍆🍅🥬🥒🌶🌽🥕🍠 #giseleshealthykitchen

Shandy put up an Instagram story with that little line in it today in regards to the current fight for medical freedom we're seeing all over our country and the need for people to be aware and get involved. When we saw that, we just felt it in our bones because it's where our souls are at these days.

We really believe that Christians think they're doing the right thing when they stay quiet about polarizing issues. We say we're "keeping the peace" and that "social media isn't the right place for these tough conversations".

But the real truth is that Jesus was a disruptor. And social media is where *every* conversation is happening. So those excuses just don't hold up.

We've never needed people who love Jesus to be braver and louder than we do right now.
