Den neuen Mietern Bescheid geben, dass man neuer #eigentümer der #immobilie geworden ist - Eigentlich ist das die Pflicht des Verkäufers. Ich empfehle trotzdem, sich selbst den neuen Mietern vorzustellen und dadurch auch eine persönliche Ebene aufzubauen. Das ist auch der Moment genau hinzuhören, ob der Mieter eine Aufwertung seiner bewohnten Wohnung gegen eine etwas erhöhte Miete wünscht. How many of us are out here complaining we don’t have time and we don’t make use of one of these? Guys, too many of us go through each day with a schedule loosely floating around in our heads. We have a sense of what we need to do but we’re not always sure how we’re going to fit it in to our “busy” day. It makes a world of difference if you would just pause for like 10 minutes before you start your day and plan it out. It’s not written in stone, it’s written in paper. But it’ll help you organize your priorities for the day. Give yourself the chance to have more time!

Then there are a couple things you should know -
Your internal state serves as a base for all action you take in your life, thus shapes your present and futur situation. -
Emotions are the fuel for your actions. And emotions are born from core beliefs and values. -
The first step to reach the goals you set is being aware of your internal beliefs and values. Before you can bake a cake, you need to figure out which ingredients will lead you to the desired result. -
If you want to bake a vanilla cake, I think we will agree on the fact that using strawberry isn’t the right way to go with this. -
The same principle applies for life goals. If you want success, some of the right ingredients are self confidence , a positive belief system and perseverance. If you try to « bake » success with insecurity, trauma and bad habits, you might want to rethink the final result you are going to achieve. -
Once you are aware of the current ingredients you are using, you have to work on choosing the ones you feel will bring you to the desired results. -
These « ingredients » are the source of all your emotions. When choosing to rethink one of your core beliefs, it affects the reality you live in as a whole. -
