Actually, you don’t ever get it.
It’s not something you just try for a lil and then, plop, here it is, jobs done!
Muscle breakdown, muscle recovery, muscle growth. That’s the process your muscles have to go through to grow (so long as your nutrition is on point for muscle growth). But that doesn’t mean you’ll just GET a booty after a couple sessions. Growing your glutes (or any muscle) is a SLOWW process. A weekly, monthly, yearly process

on level 100 percent of honesty, the end of my 2018 lacked drive to come to the gym. sometimes it’s not all sunshine’s and rainbows but being gone on vacation for 3 weeks literally made me realize how much it was something i enjoyed... 2 months into 2019 & the determination im feeling is so grrrrrrreaaaaaat. 🥳

BREAKFAST OF GODS🥣 As a kid, breakfast was my FAVOURITE MEAL of the day 😌. Upon sunrise (or sunset, maybe even midday) I would look forward to my daily choice of cereal 😍. We luuurve experimenting with our Dual Pulley Cable Machine!!! Here is our PT Amanda putting one of our hardest working members, Ally, through a hamstring and glute (back of leg/butt) workout.
Amanda has recreated the Laying Leg Curl exercise using a cable, an ankle cuff attachment and our largest box.
Ally performed 5 sets of this exercise - starting with light and ending with moderate weight - to ensure her technique was maintained and her hamstrings and glutes did all of the work (not her lower back).
