Some of the yummy dishes from @shu.restaurant’s new 10 COURSE vegan degustation 😍
The menu includes:
-Mini cucumber, pickled chilli mayo, roasted sesame -Daikon Asian herb roll, sesame soy cream
-Baby oyster mushroom, Japanese yuzu seaweed soy, plum salt soil -Silken tofu, green chilli salsa, passion fruit (how cute it’s served in a passion fruit shell!)
-Smoked tofu, preserved mustard greens, peanut butter soy
-Potato pancake, Asian mushroom stir fry (my fave!)
-Beetroot and green apple salad
-Chinese cabbage dumplings, sweet peas, chilli oil -Black sticky rice, grilled okra -Avocado cheese cake with poached paradise pear + fig 💚💚💚.
