Here’s an idea! If you’re in line to vote, how about listening to this week’s episode of my #podcast#inthesauce 🤷🏻♀️
I speak with Amy Stern, Director of Operations @chloesfruit ~ a company that sells tens of millions of frozen fruit pops a year through grocery, and has a soft serve frozen fruit shop off of union square 🍦
Amy gives me the scoop (I know. Sorry) on all things operations (make the pops, move the pops), supply chain (know thy ingredients), copackers (there’s a lot) and the perils of trucking frozen pops in summer 🤦🏻♀️ listen via link in profile ☝🏽
94 never looked so good! Some of our Cherry Valley employees delivered cupcakes to Ms. Kate Faulkner today for her birthday. Ms. Kate is also Tracie Milholland’s (Cherry Valley Branch Manager) grandmother! #itsallaboutrelationships
It's another busy speaking, teaching and training season and Lord knows I'm not complaining because it's truly a blessing I'm grateful for. 😁💃 Yet, between "Leadership Optimization & Organizational Development", Mental Health First Aid, yesterday's "Self-discovery & Self-advocacy mentoring and today "Speaker's C.O.D.E." training, I better NOT get them mixed up! 😳👁👁😄😂🤣😁 If I do, I'm going to just start a sing-a-long! A 1, 2, 3 go! Just kidding.😁 I got this. It's what I prayed for, am made for, prepared for and thank God for. I'm grateful, on purpose, through mission, with passion and compassion.
Your life is your business, it is a one of a kind business and you are the CEO! Behave accordingly and staff your life accordingly.
You may get to interview them but it won't matter much if you don't inner-view yourself, first and often.
Once you know why you are here, who you are here to be and what you are here to do (self-discovery), you have the privilege and responsibility to ask every one of your relationships, personaland professional, "Why are you here? Who are you here to be? What are you here to do?" Be ready for the answers or the lack thereof. Remember, those who qualify can ask the same of you. Be ready.

Some people buy what they want and borrow what they need. Some even make their wants priority then, expect you to give what you have or who you are to take care of what they know, good 'n well, they need or have neglected.
No need to be offended, that's just the way it is sometimes. What's almost comical is them being offended when you say, "No." So relax. You're not telling them "no", their priorities are.
People who want a way can always create a way! We're ALL just that brilliant. Plus, #SelfDiscovery can help you align your needs & wants and staff your life accordingly so that most times you get to have both, on purpose, through mission, with passion and compassion!
When you get stopped when you’re shopping in Tescos just now by one of the students you’re mentoring & coaching in school.
They give you a bear hug and say “Miss, I know I messed up last week and gave you a hard time, but I’ve been thinking and I’m going to turn it around from Monday. You’re right, I’ve been making some poor choices and I’ve got loads of potential”
I’m happy. Really happy 🙌
One of the ways we can consider each other and encourage one another towards love and good deeds is when we have healthy boundaries and we respect and honour other people’s boundaries.
When we release people to live authentically and be who they were born to be and do what they want to do we are essentially releasing them to have the gift of healthy boundaries in their lives. We release them to say NO without any guilt and to say YES because they want to and not out of obligation.
“My one purpose in life is to help people find a personal relationship with God, which, I believe, comes through knowing Christ.”
1 John 4:10
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people.

Life has a pretty crazy way of coming full circle sometimes and although outwardly, it doesn't look like much has changed, my insides are literally so different, and for the better. The end pictures were taken literally 2 years ago to the date in February of 2017. The middle picture, February of 2019. In 2017, these pictures were met with judgement because supposedly snapbacks weren't my style. But what people don't realize, is I don't have one set style. I like my snapbacks and tattoos and ripped jeans just as much as I like dressing up and being girly. I like a good rap song just as much as I like catching feels on a slow jam. I like my adventures just as much as I like a chill night at home. I can't be contained to one single box and I like that. That's what people who are well liked are like, and I'm realizing that that was what made people like my Dad so much. He didn't stay in his own lane. He connected with all the lanes. And if I can connect with half as many lanes as he did, then man, I must've done something right. Miss you up there, dude ☝ #snapsawitfirst#girlswithtattoos#snapbacksandtattoos#rippedblackjeans#connections#itsallaboutrelationships#realationshipgoals#whoiactuallyam#alssucks
God is a Relational God and we are made in his image and therefore we are relational as well. Everything God has done is for the purpose of entering into a living and vital relationship with us. God wants to connect with us on a deeper level and this is the invitation of this month… It’s all about Relationships. Let’s have healthy relationships with God, ourselves and others.
Those who do wickedly against the covenant he shall corrupt with flattery; but the people who KNOW THEIR GOD shall be strong, and carry out GREAT EXPLOITS.

Boundaries are generally in place for a number of reasons but especially for our protection. It defines where you start and where you end and the same for others. Boundaries define our Freedom – what we will and won’t allow particularly in the context of relationships. Boundaries let others know how to treat you. It’s important for you to know your boundaries and communicate them effectively and it’s equally important for you to know the boundaries of those you are in relationship with. As the month progresses we will be exploring healthy boundaries to have in your relationships.

Today, February 1, 2019 marks year 13 for beall + thomas. This image created for @biltmorewines back in November encapsulates all the dreams I had when I left NYC for East Tennessee back in 2006. With an awesome client and crew I get to do what I love most: create beautiful, meaningful, timeless images. I’m grateful for all the folks that have been on team b+t through the years. Y’all keep me inspired. Cheers to 13! I think this image also sets the tone for the sort of vibe I’d like at the house this weekend! Check out my stories this month for behind the scenes images through the years, starting with this shoot. I’ll go allllll the way back to the beginning as the month goes on. I’d love you to share any b+t memories in the comments! #Repost@biltmorewines We can’t think of anything better on a cold winter’s night than getting cozy by the fire with a glass of #BiltmoreWine#Biltmore#Wine#Winery . . . #beallandthomas #13 #advertising#easttennessee#itsallaboutrelationships
When I started coaching baseball in NYC I met two dudes who would become some of my best true friends in the world- Lance Williams and @kingofjewishbaseball. Here’s Lance and I with a quick shout out to Fish who’s in Africa working with the Dodgers. Side note, we thought we were taking a photo but adjusted quickly to video mode. #itsallaboutrelationships
We don’t always do birthday shout outs, but coming across these photos today was no accident. HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤️ to two of our youth who’ve been with us right from the start! Happy 15th Tito !!! and happy 18th Kiara!! We are so proud of you both!!! We love y’all 💕💕💕 #itsallaboutrelationships#mentoringmatters
Happy belated Anniversary! (Jan 15, 2004, Okinawa Japan & January 7, 2012 USA)
For 15 years I have been good to coaching, consulting, teaching, speaking and training and by the grace of God, through people who have trusted me with their lives, they have all been good to me. My humility is ever expanding and my gratitude is on steroids because here isn't goal, dream or vision, in my profession (that I can do as an individual), that I've had that hasn't been met, manifested, experienced or fulfilled. Purpose will pay you in wealth that money can and can't buy.
What's next? I real-eyes I've grown from having to create visions to #becoming them.
And, serving those who choose to be served looks and feels a good kind of different. But, always - On purpose. Through mission. With passion and compassion.
Be kind. Be authentic. Be excellent. Be generous. And while you're at it, go ahead and be extraordinary! I know I will
2018 marked year 18 for me in the photo industry. In eighteen years I’ve had the opportunity to do everything I dreamed of, which is remarkable. And better yet, even though sometimes it frustrates me, I continue to have big dreams, new dreams; I continue to learn new equipment, camera, software, business practices, crew members, etc. And that’s really exciting and keeps me always moving forward and never settling. Sometimes it’s me and a big big crew and a cargo van full of gear, and sometimes it’s me and a camera and some really pretty light with a subject as special and real as Allan Benton. I’m looking forward to 2019 and all the joy and challenges that it will bring. Most of all I look forward to the people that I will meet, especially those that I will have the opportunity to photograph. #itsallaboutrelationships#beallandthomas#onassignment#goodgritmag
Remember in 2018 you were a hero to an aling parent, a hero to your child that was far away or just in the room next door, a hero to a lonely friend, a hero to your staff and colleagues at work, a hero where someone felt the benefit of your product and a hero when you helped someone start their own Business....
Be that Hero again in 2019!
Young Living - a world class company. Let me tell you a little something about this company: the global leader in essential oils.
They produce a product KNOWING they are limited on the quantity they can produce, knowing it's going to go out of stock... they work hard to produce a product from BEFORE the seed even goes in the ground through harvest and then distill the product without harsh processes or chemicals. In fact, they even refuse to distill the plant matter a 2nd or 3rd (or like other essential oil companies - a 6th) time and in effect "water down" the product before bringing it to market. Instead they insist on bringing the BEST quality essential oil and oil-infused products to market. And they have stood by that decision for close to 30 years.
That could mean their valued members going without some of the company's best-selling products for YEARS in spite of mother nature doing her best. You see, Young Living knows the level of trust that would be lost in their brand and their product if they altered it, watered it down, or worse... you get the point. •••
Case in point, today YL shocked and awed us with the LARGE bottles of some previously quantity-limited blends. Knowing these would sell out fast, Young Living COULD have made a decision to water down the final product (so they could sell more bottles), or add other junk to the blend (to extend their supply), or distill the plant matter to water it down and "make more of it" (aka, line their pockets with more money)... but they didn't do any of these things. They stood their ground.
Standing by their world-class quality is of utmost importance to this company. And that's why I stand with Young Living. •••
This is a world-class company, changing the world one bottle at a time... and doing it in style! #iheartyoungliving •••
Tell me why YOU love Young Living!

She mentioned she lived in Bakersfield briefly back in high school and there was this famous taffy store she really liked called Dewar's. She said we should order some online or make a trip out there some day.
Well. Since I'm on my way down to SoCal for the holiday break anyways, why not make a slight detour to Bakersfield and pick some up for her??
This book! 🙌🏻 I love to learn and am always striving to be the best leader and the best version of myself that I can be. I’m not going to say that this book is a total page turner BUT it is packed full of 💡moments-and I’m loving what I’m reading now! #stevencovey#itsallaboutrelationships#thinkwinwin
