  • Happy Friday-eve!✨ It’s been a crazy week, but a good one! Woke up craving this supa cozy bowl of oats this morning and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Oats are definitely my go-to for breakfast because they are easy to change up and SOO good for you! They are known to improve blood sugar, lower cholesterol, and keep you full for hours (which is much needed for a long morning of classes). When I don’t have time to make stovetop oats, I usually use @naturespathorganic apple cinnamon instant oatmeal, which only takes about 2 mins to make🍏

Quería daros las gracias a todos los que me felicitasteis ayer, fue un día muy especial en toda esta época complicada por la que estoy pasando, fue una islita. Ahora toca volver a la realidad y darle duro 💚

🌿CREMA MULTIVITAMINAS🌿 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌿Ingredientes🌿 ½ pimiento rojo, 1 zanahoria, ½ calabacín, 1/3 brócoli
1/3 lombarda, 2 tazas de espinacas, ½ puerro, 2/3 coliflor, AOVE de @naturviegourmet, sal y mezcla especias @biospirit eneldo, zanahoria, puerro, perejil, cilantro, pimentón, pimienta y limón.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌿Procedimiento🌿  Sofreír el puerro con sal y las especias. Cuando esté pochado, añadir las verduras restantes. Dejar que se haga a fuego medio unos 20 minutos. Cubrir con caldo (echar más o menos en función de lo espeso que te guste) y dejar que se haga a fuego medio unos 30 minutos. Triturar y añadir los toppings que queramos, en mi caso perejil, semillas de chía y copos de avena sin guten.

🌿MULTIVITAMIN SOUP🌿
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌿Ingredients🌿 ½ leek, ½ red pepper, 1 carrot, ½ zucchini, 1/3 broccoli
1/3 red cabbage, 2 cups fresh spinach, 2/3 cauliflower, @naturviegourmet EVOO , salt and @biospirit spices mix with carrot, dill, leek, parsley, coriander, paprika, lemon and pepper.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌿Method🌿 Poach leek with salt and spices. Once poached, add veggies. Sauté for 20 minutes and add veggie broth until everything is covered and let it cook for 30 minutes. Blend everything and serve your favorite toppings: mine oats, chia seeds and parsley.

You don’t have to stop with mere wishing, for you can do, you can build, you can work, you can grow. You can create for yourself the joyous and satisfying experience of making good things happen.

Put your wish into action, and do what’s necessary to bring it to life. That’s how you get what you’re truly wishing for.
