71-year-old is living proof: "Fitness has no age" . Meet my new friend, she is 71 year old. I made her today at the gym. She has been training since she was 25 year old and still going until now.
* angemessen herausfordernde Trainingsinhalte vornimmst
* Faktoren ausschaltest, die Deine Aufmerksamkeit stören (Handy!!)
* immer wieder Deinen Fokus auf das Jetzt und Hier lenkst
* regelmässig trainierst
* für Dich trainierst- Dich nicht mit anderen vergleichst
* entspannt .. und angstfrei trainierst (Stresshormone stören den Flow!)
* ... und Dich, wenn Du Dein Training gemeistert hast, belohnst

#papaya It’s a simple, no fuss fruit. Found in abundance all over our country. It’s deep orange colour is proof of the anti-oxidative goodness and of course the loads of vitamins and minerals it has. .
Eat it in the morning for:
1. A clear bowel movement
2. Clear fresh looking skin
3. Healthy bones and teeth
4. vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niyacin and vitamin C.
5. Papaya contains the digestive enzyme, papain. It is used in treating sports injuries, other causes of trauma, and allergies. *** It’s anti-oxidative property is due to the abundance of Vitamin A, pro-vitamin A carotenoid phytonutrients and C, that it contains.
For people who consume excess proteins like meat or protein supplements, having a few slices of Papaya can help in easy digestion of proteins. It contains Papain, a phytochemical which acts as proteolytic which helps in breaking down of protein molecules into smaller digestion friendly ones.
Pregnant women mustn’t eat raw papaya at all. .
Stress is usually the common cause of headaches, tension headaches or migraines.
Choosing to reduce stress is hard for many and most people resort to taking over the counter pain medications. Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy helps reduce headaches in a natural way by increasing blood flow to the brain to areas of restricting blood flow. It also helps to reduce inflammation and increase cognitive function. An hour inside the chamber also allows you to relax and get away from the distractions of the modern world. ————————————————

I was effin destroyed from the other day’s legworkout with wifey and myghad i can’t keep up with her when it comes to HIITs! However, its been a week since I started taking suppliments again after almost 10 months of abstinence.
Before, when I have a good chest workout it would take a week to recover! But this week even after a semi heavy 8x5 sets, i was able to recover in just 48 hours! So supps talaga is a must, specially in strength training.
All in all, getting in shape is not just starving yourself to death. Just have a balanced diet, get on calorie deficit, be active and productive every single day, and have a consistent and proper exercise.
Ive been through tough, heavily demotivated days for months! and i’m happy that i was able to recover mentally, spiritually and currently workin on physically! I really wish to get back on my top shape soon and regaining the glory back! Thanks to wifey for always pushing me to be the best version of myself.❤️ I might not be the best but if you guys need any fitness advice hit me a DM. Takecare y’all!
