  • #flashbackfriday to April 2018, and this lean little thang that was so set on making gains, and achieved those goals, then got pregnant and told I couldn’t lift until after delivery due to some minor complications. 💔I was feeling a little low the past couple days and having MAJOR gym withdrawals, so I stalked my own page for some motivation & to remind myself that I’ll get back in the swing of things in no time. I swear on everything I’ve never been more hungry for it than now. Mark my words, I’m in competition with NO ONE but me, and my mission is to share as much of my raw truth with others & help as many as I can along the way. Otherwise, what’s it all for anyway? . So if you’ve got time on your hands like I do right now and there’s nothing you can do about it, take it. Take the time to let this be a lesson learned not to beat yourself up against little road bumps. It’s ok to look to others for motivation, but don’t let them be your standard. Be your own. Desire to be the best, healthier and strongest version of YOU. .   • It’s all in the shirt. As a great bodybuilder once said, “I will not be outworked. I may not push the weight but I will not be outworked.” And that’s facts. . I’m not out here claiming to lift every weight in the gym. That’s stupid. I’m 5’8” and 184 lbs. But I’ll tell you one thing, I work the hardest. I’m not satisfied with doing what I did last week. I always push the limits and then some. Ask anybody. Ya see me daily doing it in and out the gym. . So nah, I won’t be outworked. Im not cocky, that’s not the point of all this.
