hi peeps it’s been a couple of days 👋🏼 between catching up with school and enjoying time with @_tonyjohnson and friends this weekend, my diet has been crap and i haven’t felt like going to the gym AT ALL.
but today, i listened to the new podcast by @the.healthcode and you best BELIEVE i got my happy self to the gym after that 😂 (if you need motivation.... go listen)
It wasn’t the best workout in the world, but it felt soooo good just to sweat 💦

Sunday Pairs WOD - always good to get moving and train in the morning. In a partner WOD there is that extra desire to push a little bit more to make sure you work together and help each other keep going. It’s easier to find that last little bit in the tank if it’s going to help your partner out.
