  • hi peeps it’s been a couple of days 👋🏼 between catching up with school and enjoying time with @_tonyjohnson and friends this weekend, my diet has been crap and i haven’t felt like going to the gym AT ALL. but today, i listened to the new podcast by @the.healthcode and you best BELIEVE i got my happy self to the gym after that 😂 (if you need motivation.... go listen) It wasn’t the best workout in the world, but it felt soooo good just to sweat 💦 hope everyone has a happy sunday 🌈🌟💕
