Don’t mind me, just recovering from the best meal of my life last night @addisonrestaurant 🤯 While everything was *insane*, it was a lot of rich food (truffles, caviar, butter) and my stomach is feelin’ it today 😂 so dialing it back to basics for lunch: @vitalfarms eggs, roasted sweet potato, asparagus, cabbage, EBTB seasoning.
Packed weekend ahead: driving up to LA tomorrow for a fun Academy Awards event for @kweenandco 📸🎭🎬 !! (will be on high alert for Ryan Gosling so I can schmear Granola Butter all over those abs, obv).
Then Sunday: I’ve got a little surprise for you all — it’s been hard to keep it a secret but I’ll give you a hint: 🐶🙃 That’s right, there may be an avopuppy in the near future...

NON SCALE VICTORY
Finally wearing my wedding ring again 💍
After not wearing my wedding ring for 10 months I finally got it resized.
Went from a size 7 to a size 4 1/2!!!! Crazy how much I lost in my fingers

CRISPY BREADED CHICKEN W/ SIDE SALAD
✖️2 chicken breast
✖️1/3 cup @germinal.organic Tomato and Tumeric crackers (blended to fine powder)
✖️1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
✖️1/2 tsp paprika
✖️1/4 tsp salt
✖️1/4 tsp Black Pepper ✖️1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
✖️1/2 tbs Coconut oil
1. Blend the cracker until you get a fine powder
2. In a bowl, mix together all of the spices and cracker powder
3. In another bowl, whisk an egg
4. Dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture and then the spices mixture
5. On a heated pan with coconut oil,
Fry both sides for total of 20-25 minutes on medium-low heat until chicken is cooked
For the salad:

I will be so glad when I can get back into the gym. I am still sitting at a size 10 but have a pair of size 10 jeans with ZERO stretch that I can not get my thick thighs into.
Looking through my progress pics and seeing where I came from gives me the motivation to keep moving. Even if you take a few steps back you are still so far from where you were.

Brothers in bed sick, kids playing xbox and my sister pulling out my #cancer stitches. I lost 2 of my islands but I’m 100% cancer free. Time to take my health seriously and focus on my inside to be my 100% best self. My son deserves it.
When I started promoting that we had a new program that was only 20 minutes a day - I had many who were skeptical. I even had a few doubts of my own.
Well - my six week results are in and I am not disappointed! I had to modify the workouts a lot and scale things back. I was not 100% with the meal plan and still allowed weekend treats (it’s king cake season - let’s be real). I honestly only lost 2 pounds - so by the scale it wasn’t a huge success! However, I will let the pictures tell the whole story!
What does this prove? It’s not about being so strict that you have to chose between being getting results or being miserable. Its not about spending hours sweating out every bad food choice you make! It’s about staying consistent and more often than not getting in good quality food and exercise!
Can it be done faster? Yep! Can it be done with other programs and products? Absolutely! So why do I support this set method and products??? It’s simple - because it works for me and my life! Maybe it could work for others too!
Also - side note - I’ve waited all week to make sure I didn’t get sick before making this statement.

I decided to make a change, & that I did. I changed my whole life style. I used to be lazy as crap. I’d do NOTHING but go to work and come home to just sit on the couch or lay in the bed ! Nothing would get done, my house would be a mess 24/7. I would scramble the night before work to wash clothes so I’d have clean scrubs the next day. I would be so angry at my husband for absolutely nothing. I was depressed and angry at myself. I would literally drink Dr. Pepper ALL DAY LONG ! I was not happy with who I was becoming.

I am taking care of my body, my husband, and my two bratty dogs 😂 My husband and I have stopped fighting about petty crap. (I still get pissed when he doesn’t do the dishes) I had a MAJOR attitude adjustment. None of my clothes fit. I could go on & on but let’s just say YOU need this in your life ❤️
