Track Your Macros, it is super easy to do and will get you the most results in the long run.
If you know what you are putting in your body, and how much you are putting in your body then you will be able to adjust your eating so you can eat some “unhealthy” foods if they fit into your macros for the day.
Basically carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram, you should eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight for optimal muscle growth.
Fats are 9 calories per gram, that’s why many people say to stay away from fatty foods because they have a lot of calories, but you need fats. Fats help to regulate your hormones, and your vitamin absorption. If you track your macros properly and let’s say your supposed to eat 50 grams of fat per day, if you limit your fats during breakfast and lunch you’ll be able to have a burger for dinner.
That’s why I think macro dieting is the ultimate diet, if you track correctly and limit when you eat your carbs, protein, and fats you can still enjoy “unhealthy” foods you just can’t eat them whenever you want. This has been my motto since I can remember🙏🏽📄
I’ve never really been amazingly good at anything on the first go.
New skills don’t come easily for me.
Never really been naturally “gifted” 🤷🏽♀️
But the one thing I have going for me?
DETERMINATION & PERSERVERANCE 🔥
Once I set my sights on something, there’s a “fire” that burns within me and forces me to fight until I can get it.
I know that if I want to reach my goals, I can’t just sit still and wait for it to fall into my lap.
Instead, I know that I have to give my ALL and that I CANT STOP until I’ve done my absolute best to work towards my goal 💪🏽
And funnily enough?
This method has never, ever failed me in the last.
If you’re willing to put in the work, nothing is out of your limits. 👊🏽

Saturday Shennanigans, inspired by @jtm_fit intense and advanced workouts.
Tried to do a few movements, they are so much harder than they look in the RAW footage of my workout.
The movement challenge was
Weighted BURPEEs x5reps
Jumping lunges x5 reps (each leg)
Plank presses (did taps instead ) x5 reps (each side)
And over head shoulder press x5 reps (each side) ****Your suggested to do 8 sets I could only complete 5 before my arms went numb.
I finished my late night workout with legs:
Horizontal leg raises 10x 4 (60lbs)
Leg press 10 x 4 (160lbs) with 20 pulses after then 15 squats
Good girl/ bad girl 10 x 4 (100lbs)
Deadlifts 10x 2 (100lbs)

Hier noch das Rezept zu den Kokos-Apfel Muffins:
Zutaten für 8-10 Muffins:
50g Mandeln gemahlen
50g Haselnüsse gemahlen
50g Proteinpulver Vanille oder Kokos
1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
125g Milch (Fettarm bei mir)
Alle trockenen Zutaten in einer Rührschüssel miteinander vermischen.
Das Ei, den Magerquark & die Milch mit einem Handmixer glatt rühren. Die trockenen Zutaten unterheben.
Den Apfel klein schneiden & in den Teig geben.
Ofen vorheizen auf 160Grat Umluft, Muffins ca 25-30 Minuten backen lassen🤤🧁 #lowcarb#muffins#foof
