Don’t take life so seriously...
This is one of the lessons I’m currently learning in my life. When meeting new people I find myself really trying to give a good impression by not saying too much, and sort of holding myself together. I put so much pressure on myself to come off a certain way, when I should be focused on just being my true self. Ultimately it doesn’t matter if people like me or not, what matters is that I’m being honest with myself and I’m happy with who I am.
This is something I would like to extend to everyone reading this. Are you following your heart and doing what’s right for you? Are you able to talk freely about the things your passionate about? Are you living in a way that feels right to you? If the answer is no then I urge you to ask yourself, why?
We only get so many years in this life. We should be sure that we’re living by our terms and doing what is right for ourselves.
