  • Currently out of the gym for a few days! I tweaked my shoulder two days ago and it still hurts. 🙂 I’m not going to lie, I feel so lazy and awful not going to gym but I’m trusting what my body is saying and it’s saying REST!!! •

To keep myself occupied I’m completely organizing my kitchen. Something about putting headphones on and organizing everything is so relaxing to me😌😌! I wish everyone a productive and fun weekend! 💙

  • Been adding in cardio at the beginning of my workouts lately and I’m honestly loving the change, I always used to do it at the end of my workout (or not at all hehe) but I needed something different and to spice things up because doing the same thing at the gym is boring I feel, always have to keep things spicy and exciting 🌶🌶 HIIT and cardio have been a big priority of mine in the gym lately, also I’m starting to think the winter fluff and snackaroonis are getting to me lmao 😂I’m extremely excited to start seeing some change 💪🏽 don’t be afraid to spicy things up and get out of your comfort zone!!! It might surprise you 💓

  • UPDATE~~Today is the first day I’ve had a good pump in ages!!!!
I’ve been getting real down in the dumps these past couple weeks as my gut issues had worsened.
I couldn’t get a pump, I was looking like I was loosing muscle and smaller, and my energy levels have been Shite 😢

It took a simple call to my coach @melissa_leman yesterday to help me back on my way and managed to get an ok pump today.

Melissa worked out that my body is very dehydrated. Not from the lack of drinking water, but from the lack of ABSORBING the water. Hence the lack of fullness I’ve had in my muscles. I drink 4L a day and am not feeling satisfied.💦
I’m currently spending a lot of my time on the toilet 💩 first thing in the morning (unaware that the parasites are most active at night time, which is why I’m more unwell in morning) which is causing my body to become dehydrated 🌵
Melissa got me to up my sodium intake to 1/4 teaspoon on my foods, and wallahhh, much fuller and energy in my sessions!!!

In the end of the day, untill these parasites in my gut are killed and my gut returns to full health, I’m still going to have issues but it’s the small wins for me atm🏆

Don’t underestimate the importance of gut health and how much it effects your entire body. It is the most important thing, I feel, so make sure it’s running correctly- especially if you are a competitor 👌💪

Mein Cut ist zwar eigentlich schon seit fast 2 Wochen vorbei, aber das „Ausdiäten“ ist momentan vom Hunger her schlimmer als die richtige Diät 🧐 
Aber diesmal wird es natürlich trotzdem durchgezogen💥, denn ich möchte meine aktuelle Form so gut wie möglich halten ☝🏼😊 .
Ansonsten läuft es aber super 🤩 im Training kann ich meine Gewichte trotzdem steigern 💪🏼 und auch beim Tanzen geht es immer besser 💃🏼😍
