В карусельке памятка «тренера» и видимо диетолога. Не свойственно мне заниматься стол грязным делом, но очень не приятна подобная дезинформация да и вообще подход к диете.

Больше всего обратила внимание...
•помидор с чего то стал не крахмалистым овощем и кушать его можно в любых количествах
•Белая, не жирная рыба предпочтительней, но Омега 3 нужно кушать обязательно. Где истина? Большее содержание Омега именно в жирной рыбе. Сёмга.

А выскажите свое мнение?😉 О столь размазанных (без конкретики), но в то же время категоричных рекомендациях по питанию

I have to admit, I am not a morning person at all! If I could I would workout at sunset everyday! ⠀

The breeze and the weather at sunset is so perfect. However, recently I have been trying to make an effort to workout earlier in the day so I commit to it! ⠀

Regardless of what time of the day you workout, the important aspect is adherence. ⠀
⠀
Maintaining and committing to regular physical activity may seem very difficult with many other obligations, but trust me it will be worth it!

had some time to reset myself and set the new goal, which is abstract.

everything changes so fast like just a second in where i am living in a.k.a a concrete jungle.
i finally decided to focus on my feeling of achievement and dropped everything besides it.
starting off from the hardship is never easy for me to let go of the past and let in the present.
still the anxiety remains on my mind but try to accept that feeling and admit it. in that from that point, i can finally move on.

the fact that i just want to feel energetic and alive is my new goal until may.20.2019.
i dont know how this goal can make me transform into something else but i will just do it.

Water is such an interesting topic. We’re always told “drink water” when we’re sick, hurt, low on energy, and just about any situation you can think of, but how much are you suppose to drink?
The best way to break it down for you is this:
Take half of your weight (lbs) in ounces. If you weigh 160 lbs, you want to aim for 80 ounces of water every day. This can vary depending on how active or non-active you are.

DEBUNKING MYTH:
A lot of people stand by the “drink 8, 8-ounce glasses every day.” For some people, this is okay, but 8, 8-ounce glasses equals 64 ounces of water. That’s not enough for someone who is 160 lbs. In all, you could make it a start if you’re someone who doesn’t drink water, but you want to aim for that halfway mark
