One of my favorite ab exercises that takes a lot of core strength to be able to pull off with controlled form, straight legs, and no swinging!
Lots of times I see people using momentum to be able to do this movement or even hanging knee raises. It's a mind muscle connection so you have to really focus on the contraction of the abdominals!
This movement takes a while to achieve but it's not impossible!
Just remember to have a no-swinging, controlled movement with the different variations and work your way up to this movement!
This is something that I will do my best to incorporate into my 2019. It will be hard, but rewarding adventure!
