Cansa pra carai limpar a casa e aproveitei coloquei o relógio pra ver quantas calorias eu ia perder limpando a casa hoje ! Arrasta para o lado .. 400cal na faxina ! Já queimei a barra de chocolate que comi hahaha Negócio é colocar um funk bem alto em casa e mandar ver no Cardio da faxina !!!!! Se não fez hoje , faça amanhã pra queimar a caloria hahah Cilada Bino, se depender de ter que limpar a casa pra queimar calorias to fudida HAHAHAHHAAHHA EU ODEIO serviço de casa ... Alguém aí gosta ?   • "Girl you don't need bigger boobs, you just need to read more books" 😅 no but really, a magical very special person gifted me a book that basically saved me from a very dark life path I was going through late November last year... since then I suddenly developed this huge books craving and been indulging over some amazing titles that not only teach me loads but also relieved my anxiety SOOO MUCH, you have no idea! Mine has developed massively since being a weaker body part so I recommend performing these movements trying to develop a good mind to muscle connection. Here is the workout... ⠀ Bench Press 3 X 12,10,8 (HEAVY Movement/Keep Elbows In) ⠀ Incline DB Press 4 X 12,10,8,6 (Focus On The Stretch & Squeeze) ⠀ Dips 3 X 15 (Leaning Forward To Active Chest & Not Locking Out To Keep Tension On) ⠀ Seated Chest Press 3 X 12 (Flaring Elbows Out With A Wider Grip To Focus On Width Of The Chest) ⠀ Low To High Flys 3 X 15 (Try To Active Upper Chest To Fill Out Collar Bone Area) ⠀ Remember when performing these movements to keep your chest high and scapula retracted to engage the working muscle. For way too long I would be arching forward which meant my shoulders took most of the movement and is one of the main reasons my chest is a lagging body part to this day.   • Let’s talk schedules! I have been so busy recently that I’ve felt like I wasn’t able to do everything I wanted to😤 This inspired me to keep a loose schedule for my free time in order to maximize productivity. I am not normally one to enjoy extensive planning, but it has given me an outline of the things I want to accomplish and it keeps my pointless instagram scrolling to a minimum👍 On the other hand, spontaneity is good! This morning my plan was to get some school done. I did not feel like studying AT ALL so I went for a walk instead and this is the beautiful view I got to see when I did! Like most things in life it is important to find a balance.   • Just got home from my weekly Yoga class and I feel like a different woman. I ran a half marathon last weekend and whilst I finished, out of the 5 half marathons I have now run this was one of my 'worst' in terms of how I prepared (or not) and felt running it. It was also my second slowest time. So I was pretty critical of myself and not in the slightest bit proud. This week I've been in a right funk, hating my body, feeling fat and disgusting in my own skin, and saying some really horrible things to myself. I've also had a stressful week with car problems so by 6pm this evening I had had enough of life but I knew I just had to get to my Yoga class. I got my arse kicked in the class but it really brought me back to my body, calmed my mind and returned me back to having respect for my body. Life isn't about being a certain size or weight, nor is it about running certain times or competing in x amount of races. It's about love. Love and respect for the wonder that is my body and appreciation for what it does for me. Love of a physical activity without it becoming obsessive. Enough love for myself that I give my mind time to be still and quiet. Love enough for myself that I celebrate all my successes, even those that aren't typically Instagram or Strava worthy.   • 🔥What Causes Snapping Hip?🔥 - ⚠️ Click the link in my bio to apply for Online Personal Training/Rehab! - Snapping hip is a term used to describe palpable or auditory snapping with hip movements. The causes of snapping hip are generally divided into intra-articular and extra-articular - Intra-articular causes of snapping hip might be caused by pathologies such as acetabular labral tears, cartilage defects, and fracture fragments. Even though snapping or popping may occur, patients with intra-articular pathologies are more likely to describe catching, locking, or sharp stabbing sensations [1] - Extra-articular snapping hip is generally divided into two forms: external and internal - The external form occurs lateral to the hip joint, and is usually caused by the iliotibial band moving over the greater trochanter. The internal form of extra-articular snapping happens anteriorly to the hip joint, and is caused by abrupt movement of the iliopsoas tendon, which snaps over underlying bony prominences like the anterior aspect of the femoral head or the iliopectinal eminence. Snapping of the iliopsoas tendon usually requires contraction of the hip flexors, and may be difficult to differentiate from intra-articular causes of snapping [1] - Clinicians should recognize that the majority of cases of snapping hip resolves with conservative treatment (non-surgery), while being mindful of the potential for accompanying intra-articular snapping hips [1] - 📚 1.
