Today, as promised, I have a transformation pic for you. I have written down a longggg text for you guys telling you how I transformed my body over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, my caption was waaayyy to long so this is why I decided to make 3 transformation posts all focussing on three different aspects of my journey. This is the first one and I am starting off with:

A lot has changed in the years between these pics but the biggest change was my mindset! The real progress happened when I finally stopped obsessing over the results! Many have asked me: what is your end goal? When will it be “enough”? What do you want to reach? The answer is easy: imo fitness is not about the end result! Its about the journey. I am always gonna be “under construction” and I LOVE this process! I LOVE the healthy lifestyle! I started to enjoy the journey itself and accepted the idea that there is no “end goal.” My tip to you: Try to forget about the destination and enjoy the journey itself! I have learned to love nurturing my body and mind. I have learned to love feeling healthy. When I realized all of this, the game has changed forever.👌🏼✅

It’s been super sunny today and it’s brightened my mood so much! I love the sun coming out even if it’s not warm enough for shorts bc it makes me feel so much happier😍

Today I went to Liège with my boyfriend, we went to the Primark and we ate such a delicious pizza there 🤩. I also bought some macarons because I really really like them! So it’s cheatday for me today 🤗. Maybe we are going to the gym tonight for a good legday, we will see! 💪🏼 Enjoy your weekend ❤️

Combinado de frontales mas triceps!! 💪 Este ejercicio se debe hacer con un peso que puedas controlar las dos posturas. La primera son vuelos frontales, la técnica es mantener los brazos lo mas recto posible para que solo trabaje la parte frontal del los hombros. En la segunda postura cuando el disco este arriba de la cabeza se flexionan los codos para que trabaja el triceps. 🤘
