🔹Muscle toning is a result of an increase in muscle tissue and a low enough body fat percentage to see the definition and shape of the muscles. Muscles either shrink or grow in size, muscles do not “firm up” or “tone”

🔹Just because you are not get lean muscle mass doesn’t mean that you should be afraid to lift heavy weights! (Specially For my Female Tribe) Effort needs to be given in order for your muscles to grow and change. Training with heavy weights & an amount of weight that is fatiguing between 8-12 reps generally works well for most people *
🔹The more muscle tissue your body has the higher your metabolic rate will be, which is your metabolism when you are at rest. This will help you burn more total calories through the day, burn more fat, and help you get that toned look you desire✔️💪❤️
