How do you stay motivated??
This is a question I get over and over again. My answer is I am committed and dedicated. I am motivated, but I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t always feel like going to the gym or do my cardio. I’m motivated on most days but I have days that I’m exhausted and on those days it’s truly about COMMITMENT. I go to the gym whether I feel like it or not.
Commitment is all about finding your WHY.
Why do you want to lose weight?
Why do you want to build muscle?
When you find your why, it increases your motivation and commitment. On those days where you may not feel like doing something, your why will be that driving force. -

Post-leg day selfie from yesterday since my gym was closed today from the snow 😫❄️
I need to start #shreddingforthewedding soon! I plan on sharing my whole journey. Not completely sure about the date yet, but it won’t be until 2020 at least, so I have plenty of time! Also, for those that are engaged/married do you wear your ring to the gym? I haven’t been since I am too afraid of hurting my finger, especially when lifting.
I am doing a give away this week so keep your eyes peeled!! Lol have a good night! 👍🏻
Goals are individual. Not universal. Just because someone can run farther, lift heavier, go longer doesn’t mean your EFFORT isn’t valid. Work hard for YOU and your own goals. You have to have confidence in your ability and then be tough enough to follow through no matter what💯💪...
Still cannot believe how close I am to getting back on that stage. Something I thought I’d never do again. But here I am at almost 7 weeks out, loving and trusting the process. On another note my bikini is finished. What colour do think I went? 🤔🙊
