Whatever your shape is, you can get the body you want with hard work and consistency
Stop with the excuses, stop saying “I don’t have time” we’re all busy. People who choose to be dedicated to their workouts or take time to cook their meals don’t do it because they have more time. They do it because it’s a priority to them and they make time for it.
It all starts with you and your mindset. If you really want to change. You must be mentally ready before anything else.
Here are 5 things you should consider if you’re serious about making a change.
1️⃣set your priorities and write down your big goals.
2️⃣ Set smaller goals that will lead to your bigger ones.
3️⃣ Surround yourself with people who have same goals as you and push you to be better.
4️⃣ Stop comparing yourself to others. It’s not a race and your only competition is you so take it easy.
5️⃣ BE PATIENT AND CONSISTENT, I’ll never say this enough.

I know there are a ton of debates about whether you should eat breakfast or intermittent fast and I am not here to tell you which one is right or wrong, because it all depends.
Intermittent fasting is when you fast for a brief period of time. The most popular is the 16/8 style where are you fast for 16 hours and you eat within an eight hour window. Studies have shown that fasting is very beneficial for digestion, weight loss, and all over health.
However, on the flipside you have professionals telling you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
It’s quite confusing I agree, but I have a solution!
Do what feels right to you and your body.
As a health professional, I agree that giving your body time to let it’s cells repair and replace is very important and that’s why intermittent fasting should be done intermittently. However if you’re starving in the morning your hunger cues are obviously telling your body it’s ready to eat. Therefore this is when you listen to your body and it’s hunger cues.
Not one health/nutrition strategy fitness all, so in the end do you and trail and error most things. For your friend intermittent fasting may work for another it won’t and that’s okay!
