Our expectations are sky high, and we’re prone to giving up at the first sign of struggle or obstacles (The 1% Rule)
That is how our society is shaped to think and if you don’t get rid of that destructive mindset, you will never go beyond mediocrity. 🤷🏻♂️
The choice is yours!
What really makes you happy? Find out what it is. Look inside your heart and discover who you really are and create your world filled with love for yourself.
If you want to feel loved, home, joy, peace... You have to turn within to find it.
Much love to you.

“Though my soul may set in darkness,
It will rise in perfect light;
I have loved the stars too fondly,
To be fearful of the night.” ~ Sarah Williams
People: What is this silly thing you’ve done to your face?
Me: It’s a Starry Affair, People.
The above statement stands true for all of us. Every time we gather the courage to start something new, to build something of our own, on our own, we get either made fun of, or criticised or even condemned.
I woke up one morning and decided I’ll keep doing what I do, shamelessly. Imagine if we all decided to simply support each other instead of trying to shame each other, instead of pulling each other down; we could change a generation.
Through this post, I wish to convey what I have learned of self-love, self-empowerment, and self-confidence. May you all find it within you to be you and truly you.
Do you, boo. 💞💕🥰 #selflove#selfempowerment#selfcare#selfdevelopment#soultalk#soultalksunday#soulsunday#sundayvibes#motivation#empowerment#enlightenment#bossbabe#babeculture#babecave#positivevibes
Srimad Bhagavatam 4.25.34,35
O great hero, we only know that we are existing in this place. We do not know what will come after. Indeed, we are so foolish that we do not care to understand who has created this beautiful place for our residence.
This lack of Kṛṣṇa consciousness is called ignorance. In Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam (5.5.5) it is called parābhavas tāvad abodha jātaḥ. Everyone is born ignorant. The Bhāgavatam therefore says that we are all born ignorant within this material world. In our ignorance we may create nationalism, philanthropy, internationalism, science, philosophy and so many other things. The basic principle behind all these is ignorance. What then is the value of all this advancement of knowledge if the basic principle is ignorance? Unless a person comes to Kṛṣṇa consciousness, all of his activities are defeated. This human form of life is especially meant to dissipate ignorance, but without understanding how to dissipate ignorance people are planning and building many things. After death, however, all of this is finished.
WHEN IN DANGER WE REMEMBER GOD
Shrila Prabhupada once told a story about a roofer atop a two-story house. Suddenly he slipped and began sliding towards the edge and onto the ground. As he was rolling and sliding off the roof, he cried out, "God, save me!" Then just in the last few inches of his slide, his pants got caught on a nail and he was indeed saved. Pulling himself back to his feet, he dusted off his pants and declared, "Good thing that I put that nail there." And he returned to work.
Shrila Prabhupada commented (in a conversation with a nuclear scientist on 5 June 1974 in Geneva): "Just like the aeroplane. It is very useful. But as soon as (It has) crashed, where is the...? Whole thing is lost. And it will crash. Because everything material we are creating... Just like the big, big buildings. They're also crashed. The end is there. Anything material, it has got beginning, and it has got end. That is our point. So things which will end in due course of time, why we should waste our time in that way? And we are part and parcel of God. We have got different business. We have forgotten that.
You are never alone, even the sun has clouds and the moon has stars.
No matter where you are on your journey, you are not alone, even if you don't see your support, it is there! Just embrace it. And keep going.
Much love to you.
Just now I was reminded of two dreams that I've had the past months, as my dream life has increased slightly. These reminders always come suddenly because I was talking to someone about issues concerning the recent 'Gucci incident' that has caused a stir, it's always amazing what these supposed artists or designers, while they are mostly thieves, can do in the world and how well people respond. Willingly, simply because they don't think rightly and God isn't present in their lives, He has no authority at all. Every week there's another uproar because someone had that planned, and every week people adhere to their superiors, to do as told. Obey our commands. And a great many, do exactly that; while still blame it on someone else too. No, it's a choice, free will choice to go ahead and do that. Every week. But this was a little side-step. •
I've mentioned that i rarely ever dream or remember anything. But I've had two instances where I was called to literally raise someone from the dead, by the power of the Holy Spirit, and it was in a very normalized fashion. Not something that seemed strange or unusual. I've never done that in real life, I've 'accidentally' seen an animal rise a few times throughout the years but otherwise never intentionally, or a person. And I never knew that Jesus was doing this by assigned instruction as well. It is a little strange to write about it, because it's so out there, seemingly. It's not so normal to talk about it even. Even though Jesus was doing that and also instructing His Disciples in these faculties. I don't see it as appropriate, but that is a personal matter, to literally seek after particular gifts. Generally, the implications and consequences are never taken into account, how that changes your life dramatically, when these gifts of the Spirit are unfolding or increasing. It comes with a lot of extra processing, adjusting, people who will respond to that. If you are not walking in steps of being equipped for it, it's possible to detour a lot, or shipwreck. Or that it becomes a distorted gift, because the lower faculties are still not refined and balanced sufficiently. ⤵️
Life is a struggle. It is a mixture of successes and failures. Nobody can be sure of success all through his life. Failure can come in any venture and that sometimes most unexpectedly.
A person, who loses heart after failure, is a lost soul. But a person, who takes failure in its own stride and continues his efforts for success, does succeed in the long run. The story of King Bruce is too well-known to need to be described. That is why one poet has said, ‘Ties a lesson you should heed: Try, try again!
Till at last you do succeed Try, try again!” All the great men of the world- the religious reformers, the scientists and others were men of great determination. They had to face great obstacles in the fulfillment of their mission. But they persevered relentlessly and at last they were able to achieve their aim.
In life we find sometimes a man failing in one particular profession. But he succeeds in some other field simply if he goes on trying to know where his real aptitude lies. Failure in one field does not mean failure in all fields. A man who does not lose heart and goes on trying, at last gets vast experience in various fields. At last a time comes when he gets success in almost all ventures. A student who cannot pull on well in one subject or discipline may change his option; he is more likely to succeed in the new field if he works consistently and under somebody’s able guidance. It is rightly said that failures are the stepping stones to success. They may seem worthless in their own way but they have their inherent value. A political party which is routed in one election may carry the day in the next poll. The same is the case with players on the play-ground, indeed, with everybody in life.💕💎😊
