  • Happppy Thursday! Just got done eating some amazing banana chocolate chip pancakes 🥞 😋 I topped them with banana slices, coconut flakes, granola, and pure maple syrup. Recipe below!

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour 
2 Tbsp coconut sugar 
2 tsp baking soda 
1/2 tsp salt
1 2/3 cup @milkadamia 
1 small banana mashed (1/3 cup)
Mini chocolate chips
Cooking spray 
Heat pan to medium low. In a large bowl add the flour, coconut sugar, baking soda and salt. Whisk together until mixed well. Make a big crater in the middle and add the milk, banana, and chocolate chips. Mix together until there are no more dry spots, but be careful not to mix too much or the pancakes will be tough. Spray cooking spray onto the heated pan and cook 1-2 minutes on each side until bubbles form.

  • Threw together a bunch of bits and pieces from my fridge to make these rainbow summer rolls yesterday 🌿They're filled with kale + carrots + cabbage baked tofu + avocado + wild rice & topped with a spicy peanut sauce (1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp soy soy sauce + 1 tbsp maple syrup + red pepper flakes + water to thin) I posted a step by step tutorial of how I make these in my stories! 👆🏼

  • Yesterday I couldn’t be on Instagram for more than 10 seconds before it crashed, so I finally had to delete the app and reinstall it, but it deleted all my saved posts. Some I had copies of but others were lost. But things could be so much worse so I refuse to get upset over something this meaningless. So hang tight as I try to restock my content again for y’all! Happy Thursday friends 😊

If you haven't tried my onion tart yet, you really should! If you like onions you will love this!😋
This tart is so delicious, comforting and just perfect for winter days!😍 I used red onions but you can use any other onions also, or mix of onions. 🌱

Recipe:
Crust:
3 1/2 dl (1 1/2 cups) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 dl (1/2 cup) vegan butter, cold
4-6 tbsp cold water
Filling:
4 large onions
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp salt
1,5 tsp sugar
400g plant based creme fraiche, i used oatly
About 1 dl (1/2 cup) vegan cheeese, grated
1/2 salt
Garlic powder 
1/2 tsp white pepper 
Thyme •
In a bowl, combine four and salt.
Add butter and incorporate it into the flour mixture with your hands. Add the water tablespoon by tablespoon, combine into a dough. Roll or press the dough into tart pan. Preheat oven to 200c (400f).
Slice onions into 1/2 cm circles, heat up a big pan and add vegan butter. Add in the onions and lower the heat, put a lid on and let them cook for 7 min. Take the lid off and sprinkle on top the sugar and 1 tsp of salt, turn the onions and cook for 5 more minutes without the lid. (if you can't fit all the onions, use two pans) Mix in a bowl creme fraiche, cheese, salt, garlic powder and white pepper. Add on top of the pie crust, add onions on top and cook in the oven for 35 min. Let it cool down and it will set. Top with fresh thyme. •

Niin hyvää, täyteläistä ja täydellinen piirakka talveen!😍 Käytin itse punasipuleita mutta muutkin sipulit käy.

1 Prise Pfeffer/ Salz/ Chili
1 EL Gartenkräuter

Preparación: 📍Remojar 3 horas las lentejas para evitar o minimizar la formación de gases a nivel intestinal ya que desaparecen los oligosacaridos después del remojo🙃
Luego cocinar por 30 min con ajo, poquita sal, orégano y pimienta -

Mientras se da la cocción preparen en un bowl 🥙Cebolla blanca 🥙Zanahoria rallada y pelada 🥙Pimiento verde y rojo 🥙Y condimentamos con orégano , sal y pimienta -

Una vez estén las lentejas, retirar toda el agua 💦 para poder armarlas fácilmente, moler en un procesador y Mezclar con lo que hicimos anteriormente -

Colocar aceite de aguacate o coco en una sartén o plancha y es momento de cocinar las hamburguesas 🍔
