En plus d’être une #recette super facile à reproduire chez toi, cette recette #zerodechet vise à redonner une deuxième vie à ton marc de café, qui aurait dû finir à la poubelle.

Ingrédients :
.
- 1 c.à.s. de marc de café
- 1 c.à.s de miel
- 1 c.à.s d’huile d’olive ou ton huile végétale préférée
.
1. Mélange le tous les ingrédients, jusqu’à la création d’une pâte homogène.
.
2. Applique le gommage sur ton visage propre et démaquillé et masse délicatement en mouvements circulaires, en évitant le contour des yeux.
.
3. Laisse poser 15 min (optionnel)
.
4. Rince abondement à l’eau tiède
.
Le mélange d’huile végétale et de miel, laissera un délicat voile de protection sur ton visage, que nous te conseillons, de ne pas enlever afin de profiter de tous les bienfaits de ces ingrédients, tout le long de la journée.

S’il te reste du marc de café, tu peux aussi, en faire un gommage anticellulite et raffermissant pour le corps, en le mélangeant directement avec ton gel douche.
.
Le marc de café a des propriétés anti-oxydantes et anti-inflammatoires. Il protège la peau contre les effets agressifs des radicaux libres. Il aide également à réduire les tâches pigmentaires.

Also ich muss sagen, dass ich #flatlay nicht so mag. Wie leg ich was? Was leg ich dazu? Welche Unterlage? Überfordert mich😂😂😂. Aber noch mehr überfordert mich das Überreden der Tochter für Tragefotos. Und ganz ehrlich, das möchte ich auch nicht. Also sie bestechen oder irgendwas versprechen, nur damit sie Fotos machen lässt. Im Sommer find ich das noch einfacher. Da hat man länger was vom Licht und ich muss mein Kind nicht halb erfroren knipsen. Wie macht ihr das?
