  • One time I undercooked my salmon and it tasted like sh*t and then I didn’t eat salmon for six months. I finally decided to try it again this past fall (fully cooked this time) and realized how much I missed it.

Now I aim to eat salmon 1-2 times a week because it’s high in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. Lots of studies have been done linking the consumption of these two polyunsaturated fatty acids with a reduced risk for things like obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, inflammation, and high triglycerides.

Yesterday I seasoned my salmon with dried parsley and a little salt then cooked it in olive oil on medium high heat for 4-5 mins each side. Paired it with sautéed veggies, @beanfieldssnacks white bean chips, and homemade vegan pesto. Yum.

Okay, uhm! YES! ❤️ Marry me, oh almighty P! There’s truly a great reason why everyone raves about this place. And it’s  fucking valid. The coziest place, full of life and vibrancy; and warmth. Not only from the dimmed lights, and the elbow-pushing long table where we all actually interact with each other, sitting alongside one another, interfering with others conversations, meeting new people and realizing the world is really not such a bad place after all, at least not for the hours we’re in this blissful bubble and enjoying the now. Not only from that, but from the people working, too. They are as much a part of the table as we are. Even if you’re at one of the 4 window seats - you’re still a part of the group. You feel included in the journey of the place, and the ride of the eve. Inclusion is truly lacking so many places. But not good ol’ P. Even lucky enough to spot @virgilbaruchel & @marmenmac being all in love 🥰 Absolutely stunning selection of wines, the utmost amazing and personal service - more like friendship after a few jokes and some warm high-fives from the sweet peeps working there. And deliciously snacky food: Simple, honest, real. Ridiculously great place!😻

Hier hab ich zwar einen Fertigteig genommen, aber mache den Teig auch super gerne selbst und das geht auch soo einfach, also hier mal wieder mein Lieblingsrezept für 4-5 Minipizzen 😊❤️ - 120g Dinkelmehl - 1 EL Öl - 100g Quark - 5g Backpulver - 100ml Tomatensuppe von @littlelunchsoup - 50g Käse eurer Wahl - Gemüse als Topping (Pilze, Spinat etc., was ihr mögt)
1. Einfach das Mehl, Quark, Backpulver und Öl gut vermischen und zu einem Teig kneten (Ggf noch ein Schuss Wasser hinzu) und zu kleinen Pizzen formen.
2. Die Tomatensuppe auf den Teig geben, Gemüse drauf, Käse drüber reiben und ab in den Ofen bei 200 Grad Unter-/Oberhitze für 30 Minuten 😊  #lieblingssuppe #biosuppe #littlelunch  #1topf #vollbio #echtlecker Gewünscht haben sich ein Pizza Rezept übrigens die liebe @zoes_rec und @coco_ghl ❤️❤️❤️Mein Wochenende beginnt dann offiziell Sonntag um 10 Uhr 🎊🎊🎊😂 Dann bin ich mit DEM ERSTEN SEMESTER im Master fertig 😱 Das ging doch auch schon wieder so schnell vorbei oder ?? Naja aber da bin ich auch heilfroh !! Hoffe die Klausuren verlaufen besser als die heute .. aber naja jetzt kurz vorher kann ich auch nicht mehr viel „rumreißen“ 😂 Also euch ein schönes Wochenende, was macht ihr schönes ?❤️❤️❤️
