Muffins de Ahuyama y chocolate 🍫
No se imaginan la delicia de muffins, de verdad anímense a probarlos que están Brutales 😍!
- 1 taza de puré de ahuyama (hornean o cocinan la ahuyama sola y con un tenedor la vuelven puré)
- 1 taza de harina de avena
- 2 claras + 1 huevo completo
- 1/3 taza de leche - 1 cdita de polvo para hornear
- 1 cda de mantequilla de maní
- 2 cdas de yogurt griego
- 1/3 taza de miel de maple/abejas/agave
-Chocolate oscuro en trocitos
- Licúan todos los ingredientes menos el chocolate y los llevan a moldes para muffins a 360 grados F por 20 min si lo hacen en el air fryer o a 180 grados C por unos 25 - 30 min si los hacen en el horno y antes de meterlos al horno le agregan el chocolate en trocitos!
💡Igualmente los van chequeando porque los hornos a veces son diferentes y puede que unos se haga más rapido que en otros!

my stomach has been a little 🥴 ironically enough not like i was saying yesterday, but it was definitely something i ate while i was in the city so simple, basic foods are truly the only foods i’ve been able to stomach but woke up feeling better today 🤞🏼 staying hydrated, going to get more sleep tonight, and keeping it simple and a little carb-y today!.

Snacking low carb plate of goods for lunch today. Romaine lettuce with turkey breast, hard boiled egg, jack cheese, cucumber, tomato and olives. Plates like this not only give me variety but are easy to prepare and extremely satisfying. I hope your having a great day!

Best trio ever 💯 Japanese sweet potato, avocado, and a fried egg 🍳 Seriously- even if you aren’t a savory breakfast fan you’ll love this 😎 Plus it’s so easy to make and it’s meal prep friendly! Make the sweet potatoes the night before or a few days before and then just toss them in the pan with the egg to reheat 💯 And if you don’t have time to fry an egg- boil it ahead of time 👌🏻 -
Should’ve pulled out a bigger bowl for this meal but you know sometimes you just don’t plan well 😅 The yolk broke as I was taking the picture then I was panicking that it was going to spill everywhere 😂 Lesson learned, don’t try and cram everything into the small bowl and instead take the extra .5 seconds to switch it into a bigger bowl 😬 But luckily no spills so I was able to devour the entire bowl 😉 Perfect post workout refuel 👊🏻 Can’t believe it’s already Thursday- where has the week gone?! American Hotdog Fakeaway....🌭 been looking forward to this all day!!! These @promiseglutenfree sub rolls are a total game changer, so many meals to do with them. 5 syns in total for the hotdog sausages, mustard, tangy relish & extra light mayo. Delish! 🤩
