It’s National LASH DAY! Our industry getting the recognition it deserves gives us a little extra pep in our step this morning. Speaking of recognition, classic extensions just don’t get enough love here on Instagram. But, did you know 90% of our clients START with a classic set?! They eventually upgrade to our beloved volume lashes, but classics are definitely everyone’s first love! 🖤 This set was done by Amanda at our Cedar Park location. She chose a shaping that would both open and elongate the clients eye 🖤

Here’s an sample of my work that shows the differences between each of the Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Mega Volume Lash Sets🥰

I’m always asked what is the difference between volume vs classic lash extensions. Let me explain.
Classic lashes are applied individually to one of your natural lashes. These lashes should be no more than two times the length of your natural lash. The lash extension should be the right thickness that is healthy for your natural lash. This is to ensure that there is no premature lash shedding and possible damage to the follicle. These lashes will fall out with your natural lash cycle 1 at a time.
Volume lashes are multiple very thin , light weight lash extension that are made into fans ranging from 2-7 lashes per fan. These lashes should be applied correctly with low amounts of adhesive and the correct diameter. These lashes will fall out with one natural lash at a time with the fanned lash extension attached to it.
Classic lashes can be more natural as it all depends on how many natural lashes the client has. Volume lashes are for those who would like more coverage while not damaging the natural lash and follicle .
I hope that gave you some more clarity on the difference . Please check out my story to see the comparison. If anyone has a question or anything comment below . 🌹
Most of my days are spent at this studio...a studio I call "my home away from home". 🏡
It's been a year since we got the keys to our studio at 401 Kamakee St. Suite 201. A lot of hard work went into building this studio, and it wasn't me who built an additional room, painted, added flooring, and chose the major decor in the studio. It was my amazing husband, @stephenhawaii who worked through the days often late evenings putting this all together for me. Today, I had the chance to walk around the studio to take these pictures. It made me realize how much my husband has done for me and continues to do for me/us. Running a business is HARD WORK. We are a team, and to be honest he handles more of the business than I do so that I'm able to take appointments and be the artist I am. I would never have been able to do any of this with out him. Cheers to my husband for sticking by my side through all of this. Also, thank you to all the girls in my studio who have made this past year a GREAT first year! 😘😘😘 @nitaesthetics@thewaxroombymandie@firstname.lastname@example.org@lash.appeal.by.natalie@adrienne_at_zoelashpro@tarynn_zoelashpro@lashesbyleah_zoelashpro@christina_zoelashpro@lashesbyakiko_zoelashpro
