Sundays are for church, lunch dates, comfy clothes, kitty snuggles & some much needed relaxation before a busy week 😌
I’m sure you’ve seen many posts today about preparing for the week ahead, prepping meals & getting a workout in to kick your week off strong. While all of those things definitely do set you up for a successful week, I think taking time to relax, reflect & recharge is just as, if not more, important.
Just like your muscles, you can only push yourself so far before you’re left exhausted, drained & mentally worn out. I fully believe in spending a little bit of my Sunday catching up on my shows (Criminal Minds anyoneee 😝) snuggling with my kitties, spending time with Jesus & family & taking some much needed me time.
After all, you can only pour so much from an empty cup. ❤️

As promised here is MY regime to growing a nice peach 🍑 .
1️⃣ LIFT WEIGHTS
Ya know, the heavy kind. You may say I just wanna tone, well being tone, is having muscle on you. To get that booty muscle you have to have a continual break down and rebuild of the muscle (lifting weights) which is where the growth happens, In uncomfortable circumstances 😏and a progressive overload. You’ve got to ditch those 15lb dumbbells because you are afraid to get to bulky and actually PUSH YOURSELF this is the only way you will grow, your body adapts to its surroundings and will adapt to the weight you lift, SO LIFE MORE .
2️⃣ EAT YOUR FOOD PLEASEEEEE
you’re afraid to eat because you don’t want to gain weight, so you don’t eat because you think you’ll loose weight but ask how to grow your peach only? No hunny, you have to eat to grow. If you eat to little or eat a poor choice of food your muscles will never grow. Eat enough, eat well, fuel your muscles. BAM. .
3️⃣ TIME, GIVE YOURSELF TIME
be patient for f*** sake. These things take time, time, a long time, years. And that’s years of doing everything RIGHT. Not doing everything right every now and then when it’s continent for you and cry bc you don’t know why you see no results. Building muscles takes real time, building glutes takes real time, don’t fall into the trap of needed to see immediate results, fall in love with the process, & trust the process.
