Feeling good after today's weigh-in - it really was a much needed boost 💪🏽. These past 6 months of clean bulking on 6,000kcals have honestly given me a new found respect for guys who get big naturally. It's one of the hardest things I've ever done 😞. When you're coming off a cut, it's awesome being able to eat so much food, but come month 4 everything changes. Meal-times begin to feel like you're climbing Everest. Your first thought each morning is: "How am I going to conquer 6,000 kcals today." Then you have to eat when you're still feeling sick from the 2,000 calorie meal you ate two hours ago, prepping food takes forever, and your shopping bill is the same price as a cruise 🛳. Compared to bulking, dieting really is a luxury. If you're too lazy to eat when dieting, you lose weight. With bulking, you have to be on it all the time. At this point I'm suprised I'm still going, but - someway, somehow - I've managed to find a way 😂. Genuinely, though, I have no idea how people crave food. There's literally no food in the world that appeals to me anymore - not even liquorice 😱. I have no emotional attachment to food and eat purely to hit my goals. I guess if you struggle with cravings, you should try bulking for a few months 😂 (JK, please don't!)
No pump, belly full of good food after a massive meal and fluffy bulk mode is in full affect 🐻 All seriousness though, this is the body-fat level where I’m the strongest I’ve been and keep progressing consistently in the gym. It’s a “lean” physique I can maintain effortlessly with so much fun and room in my diet to essentially eat whatever I want and do whatever I want (to a certain extent of course and still making smart choices) but that’s real gains right there. Don’t be fooled by social media’s bullshit on a 24/7 shredded and ripped physique 365 days a year.. This is not realistic or attainable as a natural lifter. Having those ripped obliques and shreds are fun and all for pictures and videos but believe me when I say it’s not efficient or effective for building lean muscle mass for a sustainable long-term physique. I got too many 15-18 year olds asking me how to cut and lose weight for shreds when they’ve been dieting on 1,500 calories for weeks. Don’t be that person! Make those quality gains. Eat well, train hard and smart, make those gains. Don’t be fooled by the industry ✌🏼💪🏼🥩🍕

HOW TO CLEAN BULK💪🏼💚
By: @jacked.on.plants -
😳One of the things that alarms me the most following so many bodybuilders on social media is the total disrespect for their bodies and seemingly, ignorance towards their health...
Just because you look good on the outside it doesn’t mean you’re healthy. Artery-clogging LDL cholesterol comes as a result of a diet high in animal fat and protein. It's easy to see why a traditional bodybuilders diet is extremely risky. Heart disease is currently the developing worlds biggest killer and you could call it the silent assassin while it creeps up on the inside. -
💔Looking fit doesn’t make you healthy.
Sure it’s been my mission to build muscle but I would NEVER put muscle before my health.
This is what I love about eating a plant based diet - if you bulk correctly it just means you’re getting even more nutrition into your diet and you stay lean.
A common question that comes up among many people new to a plant-based diet is, “what do I eat?” What to avoid on a plant-based it quite clear: all animal products. If we want that plant-based diet to be a healthy one, we take things a step farther, also eliminating processed foods, including oils and refined carbohydrates. -
Protein? if you're eating nothing but a variety of whole, natural plants, you will get enough of every single essential amino acid, regardless of which foods you choose (the complete protein myth has long been debunked). You would experience a calorie deficiency before a protein deficiency, and both are virtually nonexistent in first-world societies.
To your healthful gains 💪🏼💚

If someone ever tells you that you’re putting too much peanut butter on your bread... stop talking to them. You don’t need that kind of negativity in your life. 😂 #peanutbutterislife - can you relate? 👇🏼
It may be Friday and I may be headed to bae’s on the east coast for the weekend, but looking at this picture from September literally just YEETED me into focus. Disregard the fact I just said ‘yeeted’ unironically. I’m delirious from the amount of ground turkey I’m consuming.
Team split of team fullbody?
