  • 1 pot Breakfast oats! • • • 1/2 rolled oats 1 cup water 1 tbsp crunchy unsalted almond butter 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp maple syrup 1/2 cup ~ 1 handful of raspberries 2-4 sliced strawberries Cook oats on stovetop, and stir in almond butter, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Let simmer, and then stir in raspberries and mix until combined. Put it in a bowl, and put sliced strawberries on the top! • • • This is my go-to healthy breakfast that I eat almost every morning. It is so filling, and usually takes about 10 minutes to make in total. If you are in a rush, you could microwave your oats, and also having all of your toppings ready to go makes it super easy. You can of course substitute any of the ingredients, especially the fruit, which you can take out completely or add more in! I also sometimes love to sprinkle some granola or chia seeds on top!

  • Very unimpressive smoothie bowl but it took me about 3 min to make, so I’m very pleased! 🍌🍓🍌 • @traderjoes açaí packet, frozen mixed berries, scoop of @vitalproteins collegian, a few slices of frozen zucchini for some greens and almond milk to mix! Topped with banana, coconut flakes and chia seeds. • Now off to workout and hopefully having a productive day, even though this weather in Seattle is making me want to bundle up and watch movies all day 😅🤨

  • Dessert for breakfast? Sometimes that's what it feels like when I'm having a smoothie bowl. It's so delicious yet full of lots of nutrients--especially when you hide kale in it! Feel free to top it with your favorites. I chose walnuts and unsweetened coconut flakes for some crunch and the fats help with absorption of nutrients. And no smoothie bowl is complete without a chocolate drizzle😉 I melted some 85% dark chocolate top it all off. What do you like topping your smoothie bowls with?
