This is my half of the amazing vegan delights I bought from @topknotch_vegan_vittles at Percy's Bar last Wednesday.

As a first-timer, I let Kimberly steer me to some of her most popular dishes for my wife & I to try at home. They included:
-Zuchini Bowl.🍜👍🏻

-Philly Cheese Steak.👍🏻

So glad I finally met Kimberly, learned her fantastic health transformation story (due to switching to plant-based 6 mos ago), & had a chance to experience her wonderful vegan cooking (especially the jackfruit).

The CrossFit Open starts next week!

We’re not a competitive gym...competitive with ourselves maybe, but still having fun overcoming challenges together.

Here’s how the next few weeks will go:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thursday Evening: Open workout will be announced. Athletes who are registered for the Open are encouraged to use this day to refine skills and focus on proper fueling.
Friday: The Open workout will be our group workout of the day at the 6am, 12pm and 4pm classes. Friday Night Lights heats will run from 5-7pm.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you are registered for the Open it is your responsibility to be sure a judge is available to score your workout.
You don’t have to workout, come cheer on your friends!

Saturday: 10am-12pm Open gym available to complete Open workout.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sunday: 10-11am Open gym available to complete Open workout.

Monday-Wednesday: Regular group workout of the day programming. Athletes looking to still complete Open workout can do so during open gym from 7am-7pm.
