Happy Love Day! 💗
In Swedish, ’Alla hjärtans Dag’ (Valentines Day) translates to ‘All Hearts Day’. So I want to dedicate this day to the heart. The force that dwells from the heart, love.
Instead of thinking about whether you have a Valentine or not, I invite you to think about all the people you love. Whether that’s your family, extended family such as friends, partner(s) or even strangers who have showed you love in some way.
Instead of thinking about whether you’re alone or not, think about how blessed you are to have people in your life that you care about. Yes, that you get to care about! You know, the ones that makes life special. I invite you to share your love with them. Let them know how special they are to you.
It’s not about the roses, it’s not about gifts. It’s about the connection of love. Because love itself is the biggest gift of all, to be able to feel it, and most importantly being able to give it.
I invite you to focus on sharing instead of acquiring.
How are you loving yourself today? How are you showing compassion to yourself today? How are you making sure your cup of love if filled today?
And if you feel out of love, please remember this: I love YOU! I appreciate you, yes you there, reading this. I appreciate you and I am sending my love through time and space to you.
