Don't be so hard on yourself. There's nothing wrong with having no damn clue about what's you are doing. Some of the best things are built on uncertainty and taking a risk.
So calm down. Think less and do more.

Powerful !! Different perspective. I have been getting questions about being a lightworker and what exactly it means. It’s different for everyone but we can all agree it’s about bringing in more light to the world. 💡
Doing the inner work and polishing the mirror of the heart ♥️ so it shines and reflects so bright, it affects your surroundings and your environment in positive ways.
This photo is a great example:
We are naturally drawn to the light and ignore the darkness but that is where the truth lies within the darkness.
As a lightworker it’s going into the darkness and seeing it for what it really is. Going into the gutter and into the darkest of dark and coming out of it... it’s hard work.. it’s not just about love and light and the warm fuzzies. 🌈✨ We learn from the shadow side as well.
Diving deep into the our fears and insecurities which starts with awareness and acceptance before confronting it. 🖤🌚 I’m always inspired when I talk to people that share their stories of coming out of the darkest periods and how they are much more stronger and wiser because of it. This to me is true strength, courage. A true warrior of light. ✨

Once again, #balance ... To balance means to find the sweet spot, the right place between too much and not enough. Between too much tension and not enough tension. Too much work and not enough work. Too much leisure and not enough leisure. Get it? Balance is in everything you do. Learning how to physically balance leads to learning how to manage your emotions, your thoughts and your life in general. Don’t just find balance. Sustain it for as long as you can. When you fall, start all over again. Train yourself to be more well rounded. You owe it to yourself and to everyone that has to deal with yourself on a daily basis. #Mindfulness#Asana#Mayurasana#Flying#Yoga#YogaForMen#ArmBalance#Maui#Haleakala#Clouds#Success#HQConsulting

Running a successful business with your spouse 3 (be sure to check our page for the previous posts on this series). 3. COMMUNICATE! COMMUNICATE! COMMUNICATE!
It is wrong to assume that you will have the same experience(s) because you and your spouse manage the business. Ask your partner how they are coping, what helps them work efficiently, what you can do to improve productivity etc.
Know when they just need to rant and let out any frustration. Try to listen and be supportive. Listen to understand their perspective and what they are trying to pass across; don't listen to just give them a reply.
If you are not communicating well at home, what will help improve that with the both of you running a business? Understand your personalities and know how to effectively handle divisive situations.
Have our tips been helpful? We have two more to share with you.
Join us at 9a.m. every other day this week as we share more tips for couples doing business together.
✅Why Stretching Is Just as Important as Exercise
Did you know that regular stretching is just as important as regular exercise? If you're like me, you probably neglect this aspect of your fitness regime, even though stretching has major benefits. Hopefully these reasons will inspire you to make it part of your schedule!
Here are some of the main benefits of stretching:
For Your Body
Helps improve flexibility (increases your range of motion)
Assists in correct posture by lengthening tight muscles that pull areas of the body away from their intended position (because of so much time at our computers, many of us have tight chest muscles which pulls the shoulders and head forward, leaving us with a hunched shoulder look)
Potential to decrease injury by preparing muscles for work before activity
Increases blood and nutrient supply to muscles, thereby possibly reducing muscle soreness
For Your Mind
Even a short amount of time (10-15 minutes) of stretching can calm the mind, provide a mental break, and give your body a chance to recharge
Classes like yoga or pilates offer you a chance to spend an hour releasing tension physically and mentally
To get the most out of the stretching you do, here are some suggestions:
Why Stretching Is Just as Important as Exercise
Skip the Pre-Workout Stretch
Your muscles should be warm before you begin your stretching. Do a warmup before a workout that simulates the movements you'll be doing in order to warm up and prepare your body. Stretch after the workout when your muscles are already warm.
Focus on the Muscles That Need the Most Help
Instead of trying to stretch your whole body after every time you exercise, focus on a key area of the body each time. Spend longer on each stretch and include more stretches for each area. If you are aware of muscles that are tight, then focus on those ones.
Include One Long-Duration Flexibility Session Each Week
Choose a flexibility class, such as yoga, hot yoga, pilates, or do your own flexibility work for 45-60 minutes at least once a week. If you're having trouble sticking to it, follow these strategies and build it into your schedule/calendar. #flexibility#balance#positivevibes
