By manipulating grip...
  • CHEST DIPS!!! . Dips is a fantastic compound exercise targeting all of the triceps, anterior deltoid (front delt) and chest! . By manipulating grip width, where you push from with your hand, elbow positioning, upper body positioning and lower body positioning will determine where most of the focus is placed. . I have a wide grip width with slightly flared elbows and pushing from the outer part of my hand while keeping my lower body behind me and my upper body leant forward to target the lower outer chest! . By taking a closer grip, with your elbows tucked in, lower body underneath you and your torso upright you will target more of the triceps. . I try not to go any lower than 90 degrees on the eccentric (negative/lowering phase) as it will place a lot of stress up on the shoulder due to too much internal rotation and so stop at 90 degrees or just short of 90. . My last chest exercise of the session with 4 sets of 12 - 15 body weight to really stretch out and finish off the chest! .
